Chase (POV)
At home that night I contact my two brothers, Gabe, and Mitch.
Before they could say anything, I say, “I met her.”
“What?” Gabe asked.
“You did?” Asks Mitch.
I nod. “She came to my office with extra plans from her father. She was quite surprised I was real.”
“Because she only saw you in dreams?” Gabe went on.
“Yes. And you were right. Her scent is so much stronger. It was tough for me to not grab her and make her mine right then and there. But it seems I have a problem.”
“What problem, brother?” Mitch says frowning.
“I don’t think she wants anything to do with me.”
“What do you mean?”
“She couldn’t get out of my office fast enough. And she wouldn’t even look at me.”
