Five years ago, Seraphina Blackwell lost everything.

Her family was destroyed. The man she loved betrayed her. And on the night she was supposed to become his wife, she was left fighting for her life.

Everyone believed Seraphina was dead.

They were wrong.

Five years later, she returns under a new identity, carrying a dangerous secret that could shake the supernatural world to its foundations.

Seraphina isn't the powerless woman they remember.

She is the last descendant of an ancient supernatural bloodline—and her awakening has made her one of the most dangerous women alive.

Her only goal is revenge.

Then she meets Lucian Voss.

Billionaire. CEO. Ruthless businessman.

And the one man she should never desire.

Lucian has built an empire through fear and power, but behind his billionaire facade lies a secret far more dangerous.

He is the king of an ancient supernatural bloodline.

And the moment he sees Seraphina, something inside him recognizes her.

His mate.

But Seraphina refuses to accept the bond.

She knows Lucian's family is connected to the tragedy that destroyed hers. She came back to uncover the truth—not to fall in love.

As murders begin to expose buried secrets, Seraphina discovers that her family's destruction was only the beginning.

Someone has been hunting her bloodline for centuries.

And now that she has awakened, they are coming for her.

Lucian wants to protect her.

Seraphina wants to destroy him.

But when love and revenge collide, they will have to uncover the truth before the curse separating them destroys them both.

The night she died
The Billionaire's Cursed Luna Chapter One — The Night She Died “Sign the papers.” Seraphina Blackwell stared at the divorce documents lying on the marble table. For three years, she had believed the man standing across from her loved her. Tonight, she finally understood that she had been nothing more than a convenient mistake. Her fingers tightened around the edge of the table. “Lucian,” she whispered, “you promised me.” Lucian Voss didn't blink. The cold expression on his handsome face was nothing like the man she had once known. His black suit was perfectly tailored, his silver cufflinks catching the light from the chandelier above. Behind him stood Victoria Hale. The woman Seraphina had once considered her closest friend. Victoria's hand rested possessively on Lucian's arm. “People make promises when they're young,” Lucian said. “I've grown tired of pretending.” Seraphina's heart cracked. “You're leaving me for her?” Lucian looked at Victoria. Then back at Seraphina. “Yes.” The word was devastatingly simple. Victoria smiled. “Don't make this difficult, Seraphina.” Seraphina slowly turned toward her. “You knew?” “Of course I knew.” Victoria's smile widened. “I've known for almost a year.” A year. Seraphina felt the room spinning. For a year, she had been sleeping beside a man who had already decided to abandon her. For a year, her best friend had watched her trust them both. She swallowed the pain. “Why?” Lucian finally looked irritated. “Because you're not enough.” The words cut deeper than any knife. “You don't have money. You don't have influence. Your family is practically ruined. What exactly did you think someone like me was going to do with a woman like you?” Seraphina stared at him. Something inside her went strangely quiet. She had spent years trying to become the perfect wife for Lucian Voss. She had supported his company when it was still struggling. She had stayed beside him when everyone else doubted him. And this was how he repaid her. Victoria stepped closer. “You should be grateful,” she said. “Lucian is giving you a chance to leave with some dignity.” Seraphina laughed. It was a small, broken sound. “Dignity?” She picked up the divorce papers. “You've already taken everything else.” Lucian's expression hardened. “Sign them.” Seraphina looked at the pen. Then at him. “No.” Silence filled the room. Victoria's smile disappeared. Lucian narrowed his eyes. “What did you say?” “I said no.” For the first time that evening, something like emotion crossed Seraphina's face. Not sadness. Anger. “You want me to disappear so you can marry her? Fine.” She pushed the papers across the table. “But I'll never forgive you.” Lucian scoffed. “Forgiveness isn't necessary.” Seraphina looked directly into his eyes. “Maybe not.” She turned toward the door. “But one day, you'll wish you'd asked for it.” The rain was falling heavily when Seraphina left the Voss mansion. She walked down the long driveway without an umbrella. Her vision blurred. She couldn't tell whether it was the rain or her tears. Then she heard footsteps behind her. “Seraphina!” She stopped. Victoria. Seraphina turned. “What do you want?” Victoria walked toward her slowly. “There's something you should know.” Seraphina's stomach tightened. “What?” Victoria's expression changed. The sweetness disappeared. “You really believed Lucian married you because he loved you?” Seraphina stared at her. Victoria laughed. “He never loved you.” A strange chill moved through Seraphina. “What are you talking about?” Victoria stepped closer. “Your family wasn't ruined by accident.” Seraphina's breathing stopped. “What?” Victoria whispered: “Your father discovered something he wasn't supposed to discover.” “What did he discover?” Victoria smiled. “Your blood.” Thunder exploded across the sky. Seraphina froze. Victoria's eyes briefly flashed an unnatural golden color. Then she whispered, “You really don't know what you are, do you?” Seraphina took a step backward. “What are you?” Victoria smiled. “Too late.” Something struck Seraphina from behind. Pain exploded through her skull. She fell onto the wet ground. The last thing she saw was Victoria standing over her. Then darkness swallowed everything. Five Years Later The Blackwood Hotel was filled with reporters. Luxury cars lined the entrance. Business leaders, celebrities, politicians, and billionaires had gathered for one reason. Seraphina Blackwell was returning to the city. Nobody knew where she had been. Nobody knew how she had survived. And nobody knew that the woman stepping out of the black Rolls-Royce was no longer the Seraphina they remembered. The car door opened. A black high heel touched the ground. Then another. Seraphina stepped out. Her long dark hair moved in the wind. Her face was calm. Beautiful. Untouchable. A reporter shouted, “Miss Blackwell! Is it true you're taking over Blackwell Industries?” Another screamed, “Are you back to settle old scores with the Voss family?” Seraphina stopped. A faint smile appeared on her lips. “I didn't come back for revenge.” The reporters became silent. She looked toward the entrance. “I came back for the truth.” Then she walked inside. Nobody noticed the strange silver mark beneath her collarbone. Nobody noticed the faint glow beneath her skin. And nobody noticed the man standing on the balcony above. Lucian Voss. His eyes were fixed on her. For five years, he had believed Seraphina was dead. But the moment he saw her, something inside him awakened. His wolf snarled. Mate. Lucian's hand tightened around the balcony railing. Impossible. His gaze remained locked on the woman below. Seraphina suddenly stopped. She looked up. Their eyes met. For one terrifying second, neither moved. Then Seraphina's heart began to race. A strange heat spread through her body. The mark beneath her collarbone burned. Lucian felt it too. His eyes darkened. And somewhere deep inside the supernatural world, an ancient curse had just awakened. The last Blackwell had returned. And fate had brought her directly back to the man she had sworn to destroy.
