Prologue
September 23. Saudi Arabia
The floor is made of marbles, while some of the pillars are in gold color, and the stairs are made up of a high-class wood, I couldn't name since I'm so expert in it. To make the story short, this hotel is magnanimous.
"Dela Conde, anong floor ang kwarto mo?" that's Cedric speaking, my co-pilot.
"Third floor," I answered shortly. Sinabi niya naman sa aking nasa huling palapag ang kwarto niya, which is the 5th floor.
Since today is the 23rd day of September, the people here are busy celebrating the Unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They call this festival as "Unification of the Kingdom Day," and for the knowledge of everyone, this is the country's only public secular holiday, which usually takes place in on the anniversary of the day Saudi Arabia was founded in the year 1932.
I rarely take a flight to the Arab countries, dahil mostly sa byaheng ibinigay sa akin ng airline ay hanggang Europe at Asia lamang.
I do not regret taking the flight since this is a beautiful country.
"Mauna na ako sayo," paalam ko kay Cedric nang marating ko na ang palapag ng kwarto ko. Tumango lang naman siya sa akin bago sinara ang pinto ng elevator.
When I found the room 310A ay kaagad ko itong binuksan.
I just want a dim light for now.
I stretched my back after I removed all my garments, well of course, except for my boxer shorts. Then I clicked my neck to the left.
I think I need to take some shower before I join my crew at our arranged dinner.
I headed to the bathroom to have a shower. But the moment I saw a bath tub ay kaagad na nagbago ang isip ko. It's not that I am imitating my sister, Maier, or any other woman for using a bath tub; it's just that I find it more relaxing.
As soon as I finished preparing the tub ay kaagad na akong lumusong. I then took a picture of myself and posted it on my i********: ---just a picture, no caption.
I'm not really into social media, but my sister insisted that I should conform to society.
Just after I get satisfied by the water ay kaagad akong lumabas sa banyo na tanging tuwalya lamang ang salawal.
"Who are you?!" I growled when I saw someone crawling slowly to the bed.
As if the soul of flash was inside me, I dashed to the person and grabbed it by the arm before it could run away, but when I get to see its face, I was horrified when it turns out that the person was a woman.
I stared at her for a moment. She's catching her breath -as if she joined a marathon earlier, and she looks so scared.
Then a realization hit me when her whole image sinks into my mind.
She's a Muslim!
I am very aware that a Muslim woman is very sensitive to a man's touch.
Damn, Hendrix, you're surely doomed here in Saudi.
But based on her reaction, hindi siya nagulat, as if she was used being touch by a male.
"How did you get inside?" I asked her, still holding her arm harshly. Even if she's a woman, she still intrudes on my room!
"Get off me, will you?!" At nagpumiglas na siya ngayon.
When we heard some noise outside ay tumigil siya sa pagpumiglas. She was in horror upon hearing men running and making some noise from the outside.
Kumunot ang noo ko.
Is she a criminal?
"Please, help me," she pleaded using her soft voice.
I want to ask her why but it seems like I have eaten my words upon seeing a tear rolling down her cheek.
"They are going to kill me. Save me... Please."
Get your shits together Hendrix, you can't get involved!
But as if I do not have time to argue with myself ay kaagad kong hinila sa kama ang babae. Nanlaki ang mata niya sa ginawa ko.
"W-what are you trying to do?!"
"It's not like what you're thinking. You're not my type, miss," sabi ko saka siya kinubabawan.
"T-teka!"
Oh, so she's a Filipina.
"What?" tanong ko.
"Don't worry. I won't do anything that would harm you. Remove your veil, and just follow everything that I say," I told her bago ko dinistansya ang sarili ko sa kanya para mabigyan siya ng lugar para tanggalin ang hijab niya.
"Are you perhaps a-"
"No, I'm an Arab Christian. This is just a disguise."
Tumango na lang ako.
Thank God, I'm safe for degrading her. Although Christians should also be respected, Muslims have just a much more strong culture than Christians. I should be careful, especially that I am now here in Saudi Arabia.
If I still want my head to be intact with my body, I should behave here well.
"Open the door!"
We can hear people arguing from the outside. I think it's the staff of this hotel.
"Moan."
"Ha?"
"I said, you moan," utos ko.
"Ah~"
"Louder."
"But why?"
"Just do it."
"Aaah! That's right! What's your name?" binulong niya iyong panghuli.
"Hendrix," I softly said while looking straight to her lips.
"Ooh! Hendrix! More baby, please. Ohh!"
Fuck. How can she be so good at this even if it's all an act?
This act is really making me horny.
"Oh-"
She didn't get the chance to finish her line when I started claiming her lips. May Jesus forgive me for this impulsive action. I'm just a man who's easily tempted.
Her lips weren't moving and her eyes were all wide open but I kept my lips moving until we hear some men storming the room we occupied.
"Have you seen a woman here?!"
I stopped then stared at her.
I smiled at her reaction. She's still in a daze.
"Do you think I would have some time to look for whoever that woman is if I'm already busy with my woman here?" I said gazing them for a moment before I gaze the woman back just to cover her face.
We're just lucky enough that they didn't turn on the lights.
They went out after that and didn't bother to ask who the woman under me was.
"I am sorry for the disturbance, sir."
After apologizing the staff stormed out of the room.
I blew a loud breath after that.
That was so close.
"Now get off me!" the woman jeered as she pushed me away from her.
Tsk. So ungrateful.
"Is that how you treat your savior?" tanong ko bago umalis at tinapatan ang tayo niya.
"You! I asked you to help me, not to take advantage of me!"
I c****d my head as I gaze her. Mga babae nga naman, ang iingay.
"That was necessary. They won't believe us if-"
I wasn't even given a small chance to finish my sentence dahil agad na niya akong sinampal -not just once, but twice!
She then exited the room through the veranda.
What is she, Spider-woman?
I licked my lips.
"Aw."
That woman is fiercer than Jenan.
Ang sakit talaga ng sampal niya.
