December had arrived. Lex normally loved December. He draped his apartment in fairy lights, baked cookies, and bought gifts. Not many gifts, but he bought gifts for Mr. M and Nana and usually he gave something to Jamie. This year…Nana was gone. Mr. M didn’t care much about gifts, and he’d gotten Jamie a present back in September that he’d kept in his wardrobe. It was already wrapped and everything.
