Adrianna's POV
I tried to avoid Fredrick for the rest of the day. I felt awkward after what happened between us. The best option would have been to push him away while he kissed me and give him a slap like the first time, but I couldn't see myself doing it.
The kids and I were building sand castles. I could feel his stares burning through me. I tried to avoid eye contact but whenever I turned around, I caught his eyes on me.
"Mom," Jackson broke off the stare.
"Yes, Baby," I answered.
"Do you like Uncle Fredrick?"The kid in front of me asked.
I wasn't expecting that kind of question from him. Yeah, I knew they saw us kissing by chance but they wouldn't know the meaning.
