Chapter 33
Adrianna's POV
We drove for a while and the rain was still pouring heavily. The kids hadn't eaten and they were sleeping.
"How long before we get to your house?" I asked him.
I was getting really curious, I had been to his house before but I didn't know it was this far.
"We're almost there. Why don't you just relax? Get some sleep? Or don't you trust me?" He asked.
"No."
"What? You think I'm gonna kidnap you or something?" He asked.
"I'll never know. It's better to remain vigilant." I said.
"Whatever. You need to chill. I don't have bad intentions about you. And I'm not going to abduct you. If I wanted to do that, I would done it on several occasions." He explained.
I knew he wasn't capable of doing such. No matter how annoying he was, he wasn't a bad person.
