Chapter Two Rain beats down on me, drenching every inch of me. I'm not sure if it's because of how I'm feeling, but it seems as if there's been more rain than normal. It wouldn't be completely out of the realm of possibility that the Mayor has put some kind of rain machine on the walls and is spraying everyone to make us all more miserable.
