I shouldn't be here, but I can already feel the burn of not having had enough blood. I can't imagine what Oscar must be feeling. He hasn't said anything about it, but I know he's being brave. Or thinking he'll be adding too much stress to me if he speaks the truth. Hopefully, that'll change soon.
The cafe is packed with vampires and humans alike, though most of them don't seem to be in particularly good spirits. I wonder if there have been extra rules for humans brought in too. Though it could be the same problem. Killing humans is forbidden, outside of executions or sanctioned parties, but that doesn't mean they're not going to be worried about the possibility of hungry vampires around.
