The next day after Kaede, take her day-off.
Kaede decided to join her teammates in training. This training is for the tournament that’s about to happen at the end of summer.
While looking at the hardware Kaede can’t help but feel bad about herself. She took the day off while the others are working hard after all.
She doesn’t have any excuse.
After making a deep breath and pulling all her courage. Kaede puts the headgear on her head and turned on the game console.
She logs in to the game.
She opens her eyes to her room. The wood ceiling and the light brimming from the window Illuminated her eyes. If it's the real world, Kaede will surely pull the curtain, but in the Virtual world. The light didn’t hurt her eyes that much. Instead, the light makes her see the beautiful lake in front of their guild.
The lake water sparkles the moment the light collided with it. It was like stars swimming in the water.
Kaede rises and looks at the mirror.
“I should check everything first… I’m not sure if I’m just dreaming. When I saw my level before…”

She gets out of the room.
In the living room, she saw no people. Turning her head to the dining room. She didn’t see anyone. The reason for this is they are all busy sharpening their skills.
After seeing, how powerful Kaede became, everyone, got their motivation to grind experience and enhance their playstyle.
Especially, Yuki whose grinding non-stop and challenging dungeons is difficult to beat by her level. It was a high-risk high return. It's risky because her opponent exceeds her level. But when she defeated these monsters, she will gain a generous amount of experience leading her to level up.
Saya is currently hunting giant fishes in the ocean area.
Clover is in the forbidden Magic library on Floor 3 to learn some new support magic.
Ronie meanwhile, is on a workshop to further increase her defensive playstyle.

Kaede goes outside and heads to the guild to pick a quest.
While walking she gather lots of attention. Making her feel a bit uncomfortable.

She lost many times in the battle before and her reputation goes down, but this kind of thing doesn’t affect her that much.

“They need to study… They put extra effort in leveling themselves they forgot to study in midterms. Now they are in school.”
“I feel bad for them.”

Hearing that opinion Kaede look at Amber with big teary eye’s

Kaede’s Repulse skill can only be used five times a day. Her Bizzare eater skill can only stack ten magical counters. Also, it can only be used ten times a day.
Knowledge of evasion success probability was reduced to 50%.

Just like Amber told Kaede there are lots of offers in the shop. But some skills caught Kaede’s attention.
Kaede makes a brief grin.
“What a sinister smile? Looks like she already solved her problems.”
Amber said and ate her ordered meal.
Magical Absorb skill - A skill that absorbs any magical attack and converts it to MP. (Mp limit of 500.)
Magical recharge skill - If using, 1% of MP will be recovered every 10 seconds. Duration effects of 10 minutes.
Heroic retribution sword skill - when three of teammates HP was decreased to zero. The user won’t take damage from any attacks in five minutes. After five minutes, all player or monster battled damage was added to the next attack of the user x2.
Kaede spends her tokens on acquiring the skills.
“Amber let's have a duel.”
Kaede said.
Amber throw her food in her mouth in shock and drink water
“It's a shock, but I’ve been training and pulling all-nighters this past few days too. I wanted to know my progress… Very well, the flame priestess will gladly accept your challenge.”
Amber and Kaede look at each other with a fierce expressions.
A hot-blooded battle is about to start.
