“That was brutal… In midair, Player Saya was destroyed into pieces by Player Elise! The first point was to give to the Holy heroes guild! I wonder what the demon king’s guild will do with their marksman absence.”
Alice announced.
“Light laser, Hound and Viper… Those skills are extremely hard to focus on and aim for. That skill also used too much MP. That player must have lots of MP to pull off a stunt like that.”

Players said while spectating. Behind the group of players commenting with a terrified expression on their face. A man behind them was chilling out as he watch the battle from the square.

“He's right, after this battle one strong guild will shave out from the tournament. This is a good start.”
Player Yua raised her head and look toward Yuki. Beside her was Himari whose busy munching a melon bread on her hand.
“That girl is done… A good assassin kills its target in the first attack. Her failing to do that made her a failure as an assassin.”
“Is that what you think? I think she is a really good player. Her movement and skill are versatile. She can use enhancement skills and elemental skills like water. The failed one was the marksman from distance. If her arrow pierces the head of the shield user. The first point is theirs. But she hesitated and attack the chest instead.”
“That’s a good point… But I can get what she’s thinking. I can’t head-shot another player normally. I’m still hesitating. I wanted to beat them down shooting their body instead.”
Himari finished one melon bread and open another one. She open her mouth wide and took a bite.
“You’re still eating?”
“It's fine it's delicious… Here have some. Let's replenish our energy before our game start.”
Himari forces a melon bread into Yua’s hands. Yua didn’t want to eat, but she think it will hurt Himari’s feelings if she refuse. She took the bread and ate it.
While eating they quietly watch the battle.

“You’re marksman was defeat. No one is will come for back up.”
“I think you’re wrong about that… My teammate is not her alone!”
Yuki said clearly. Clover and Ronie appeared from the sky. Falling Clover pointed her magic staff to Amber. “Water cutter!” A sharp water blade came to Amber. Amber blocked it with her fire. She made the water evaporate before it manage to make any harm to her teammates.
Their mage is not a support mage anymore… She can also cast attack skills.
“Yuki leave this to us… Go and pursue Elise before everything is too late.”
Yuki agreed immediately and hop onto the building walls and escaped. Amber didn’t let it and launch fireballs to chase Yuki. Before it hits Yuki. Ronie activated…
“Cover move!”
She blocked the fireball. Creating time for Yuki to getaway. Ronie landed on the ground safely and said:
“Leave the sword and shield to me… Clover please took the fire magic-user.”
“It's new to me seeing you speak with confidence… But I didn't dislike it. I will take this one.”
Clover started attacking Amber with water skills. It was easily evaporated with Amber’s flames.
“You think you can defeat me? Stay behave as I turned you into charcoal… Flaming spiral!”
A powerful flame goes to Clover. Clover smiled at the last moment before it hits her.
“Swap!”
She changes position with Ronie. Ronie takes the flaming spiral with her shield. Clover appeared in front of Nell and Mellie. Immediately attack them with her fist.
Clover’s body was enhanced by her skill before earlier in the battle. Her ordinary punch can deal with lots of damaged. To Nell and Mellie whose barely surviving. One punch for each of them is enough to be defeated.
“A buff? Grrr… They have also gotten smarter.”
The flame skill ended the same with Ronie's shield to fully charge up. Just like Kaede, Ronie manage to get a new skill and used to take down Amber.
“Repulse!”
The attack Amber made a bounce back in her direction. The flames got bigger and more powerful. Repulse made the skill bounce back to the opponent twice as powerful. If this skill hits, It will be Amber’s end.
But Amber didn’t let it happened.
“Fire blast!”
She use another skill that collided with the Fire spiral. The collision of skill made a huge explosion on the battlefield.
On the other side, Clover successfully defeated Nell and Mellie. Giving them the lead score of 2-1.
Emerging from the cloud of smoke was Amber’s hand. Her expression was unpleasant. She put her hand on Ronie’s neck and she tightly struggled with her.
“Shield users don’t have much Agility. After your plan failed you can’t do anything. Burn into charcoal…”
Amber's hands released flames that burned down Ronie's body and HP. After defeating Ronie. Amber accelerated her movement to Clover. Clover stepped back and decided to attack with her fist. Amber stopped it with her flaming hands. She crushed Clover’s hands then pulled her.
“Incinerate."
Clover’s body also got burned down to black charcoal. After Amber defeating the two-player they reclaimed their lead to 2-3.

“That is scarier…”
“She’s also making such a scary face. The flaming priestess is reclaiming her position as a top player now.”

Amber turned her body and noticed a trembling on the ground. She was then reminded of the earthquake Kaede used before. She immediately leaped upwards leaving the ground.
Like she suspected. The ground was shaking. The turmoil was caused by Kaede.
“I need to defeat Kaede.”
While in midair, she turned her head beside her and saw huge structures and buildings. It has many holes on it because of Elise's skill earlier. On a tiny hole, she saw her pray.
Kaede handling her sword behind the building beside her.
“Cutter!”
Kaede shouted followed by her sword swing. The building in front of her was slice down. Breaking through to Amber’s head.
Amber’s head was cut.
Does she slice the entire building to cut my head? I’m lost in how her mind works. I accepted it, I’m defeated.
Amber’s HP goes down to Zero.
“Cutter!”
Kaede slashed the buildings and structure horizontally all around her. Sliced down the building all came falling apart.

The crazy stunt by Kaede didn’t disappoint the viewers and spectators. Her insane damage and skill were used in surprising methods once again.
Alice who’s watching happily smiled seeing Kaede defeated amber with her odd methods.
“That was amazing! This is why this game is awesome and popular! Skills can be used in full potential with the user using it with her imagination! Player Kaede took out her first prey. But same with player Kaede’s team… They already lost three members. Now it's two versus two.”

Elise in flying midair saw Kaede's location. She immediately targeted her for the attack.
“You're going out… Viper!”
“No! You can’t!”
Yuki from below rose and swing her dagger at Elise. Elise dodge and her skill activation were canceled.
“It takes 5 seconds to channel before that skill launch. If I manage to attack you before that time. You can’t use many of your skills.”
“I praise you for noticing that weakness, but Laser light, Hound, and Viper are not only my skills. I also have this… Air impact!”
A strong force wind-blasted Yuki down to the debris on the destroyed building. Leise looks down at her calmly. But little that she knows. Yuki used illusion before attacking. The one she blasted away as a mere illusion created on Yuki’s skill. High above she slashed down Elise from the back. Inflicting a huge amount of damage.
“Cross blade!”
After taking damage, Elise made distance away from Yuki.
“You’re not a rival for nothing. Despite my attitude, you're still able to inflict damage on me. I’m really happy that I’m able to fight you again Yuki.”
“Same for me… This is my revenge. I’m taking you down this time, Elise.”
“I will defeat you like before.”
They both stare at each other for a moment. In another second, Yuki moves at high speed to Elise. Elise dodges her attack and sends Yuki flying with her fire skill. The fire skill was intercepted with water skill. Resulting in the steam that serves as a smokescreen to Yuki.
“Create Water!”
She drenched Elise's body and followed by her skill with another.
“Chilly wind!”
The cold wind made the water freeze. Elise was unable to move from her position. Yuki charges and attacks head-on.
“Cross blade!”
Her dagger was blocked with Elise staff. Elise kicks Yuki away and swings her staff to Yuki’s head. Elise used her knee to Yuki’s stomach.
“Dealing damage is not all about skills and normal attack. The body can also be used as a weapon on some occasions. This is why you lost before, You rely too much on skills and magic. Having too many skills didn’t mean you're getting stronger. Having too much skill will only make you confused. A good player can become strong with only a few skills sets. Do you understand it, Yuki?”
“I don’t have any intention of listening to you?”
Yuki attacks but dodges easily by Elise.
“Electrocute!”
Electric shocks Yuki’s body. She fell to the ground with her body paralyzed. She struggles and looks at Elise's face.
“I hate it looking down on me.”
Yuki said.
“You deserve it… You still affected by that time? It's a long time ago. I don’t care much about it. That tournament is nothing at all. Why do you still look back in the past? I defeated you back then. After that nothing, much happened in you’re life same as mine. Why you’re so affected by that?”
Yuki was silent after that.
Knowing that she won't have a decent answer from Yuki. She decided to end Yuki.
Laser light holed Yuki’s head.
