After talking to the chief of police and stopping for food, we were finally heading back home. When we got back to Pap and Nana's, we hugged all of the guys, and then, after Midnight, strapped our cooler of food to the front of the four-wheeler, we were on our way home.
Since we were going to have Hoops, Hippy, Colt, Ink, and Ghost coming out to stay at the house, we got extra food so that there would be enough for all of us. So Midnight put it all in the cooler that I keep in the back of my SUV. And then borrowed bungee cords from Pap so that he could strap it all down. That way, we didn't lose any of it.
