Thankfully my mum sent us evening snacks and then dinner as well.
She also left a note for me in the dinner tray, saying: 'The big wolf has decided to hear you out, so don't waste time -The Luna'.
Now that is some good news, and I sigh in relief. Miley went to freshen up a bit, so she did not see the note. I decided that if I'd tell her about this right now, then she won't let me leave her alone, and would insist going with me to talk to my father. And that would cause more problems.
I would have to go alone. Also, I want to know the reason behind my father’s hatred towards humans.
I hid the note in my pocket and lay the dinner on the bedside table.
