Progress report: Due to “philosophical differences” Mark Phelps has been dismissed from the Taggart clinic, and Ram Khouri has been reprimanded for incompetence. Because of them, the Damon Leiter situation has gotten out of hand. In addition, the predictions of Leiter’s skill development with his BCIDs were unacceptably deficient, and his tendencies toward anarchic behavior went unreported. Leiter"s roommate, Conway, is thought to have had an unfortunate influence on Leiter’s attitudes and conduct, and steps are being taken to mitigate that influence, but likely too late.
