CHAPTER 14

Freedom's awake, his mother asked him who shot him and he said it's kira but he think it was a mistake, although he don't really know if it was intensional. Melissa said, "kira will pay for everything, we need to find a way and send her to prison".

Two days later Freedom was discharged from the hospital cause he was already getting better. When they got home, jenny told them that she have to go now that Bella's really missing her. When she got home Bella hugged her with tears coming from her eyes. Bella said, "I thought I'd lost you". Jenny said,

"oh come on girl, I'll always be fine, so tell me how's work going". Bella told her everything's fine and then she served some food for jenny to eat and jenny also narrated everything that happened to her.

At Harrison's mansion, Mr Harrison called freedom to apologize for everything. Freedom told him there's nothing to apologize for, its just he didn't know things will turn this way. After some time, Freedom reminded him about jenny and he said, "well that's good, I can see you two are doing well together". Freedom said,

"I know right, and now I'm starting to like her more". Mr Harrison said to him,

"you know what son, I think jenny is the right woman for you, I can't believe that I was so blind to see it in the first place". Freedom was so happy to hear his father say that. Suddenly Mrs Mary and Melissa came in and told freedom that they have a perfect plan. Freedom and his father asked for the plan and they said it will be better for freedom to remain indoors for now so that kira wouldn't bother him, all they need to do is to find a way and arrest kira. Mr Harrison told them that will be another problem, then Melissa asked why and he said, "before bringing kira, her parents cried to me and I promised them I will take care of kira, even though my attention was more on their money I was still ready to take care of kira". Melissa cuts in,

"dad this is not the time for kindness and pity, kira did a lot of bad things already and there's no way she's going free, whether you like it or not she's going to prison".

Mr Harrison said, wait there have to be another way then Melissa said sorry to her father that her decision is final, then she left. Mrs Mary said to her husband, "honey, don't you think Melissa's right, there's no way our family can be in peace until kira goes to prison". Freedom told his father that he agree with his mother and sister.

Raymond said to kira still thinking freedom's dead, "don't you think it will be best to go back to China now that freedom's dead, his family will not rest until they make you pay". Kira said she thought of it already but the problem is that, what will her parents think, what will she tell them, that she killed freedom?. Kira told Raymond that going back to China will be the worst thing to do.

Freedom's missing jenny already cause he's still indoors. He called jenny on the phone to talk with her.

"hello", jenny said.

Freedom said, " hey jenny, I'm really missing you".

Jenny told him that she's missing him too. He asked her that what if she come see him tomorrow and then jenny told him she'll try when she's free. Freedom said,

"alright have a good day"

Jenny said, "okay bye"

Freedom said, "um.. jenny!", jenny answered what and he said, " um...I.., never mind just take care". He cuts the call and jumped on his bed and was just thinking about jenny.

The next day when it was evening, jenny was on her way to go see freedom. Raymond sighted her on the road. "what, Jenny's here in the city all this while". He decided to follow her to where she was going. On the way he realized jenny was going to Harrison's house so he kept following her. When he got there, he parked his car on a corner and was looking at jenny as she was about entering the compound. Guess who he saw, he saw freedom who opened the gate for jenny and he was extremely shocked after seeing freedom. "what how can freedom still be alive, kira told me he's dead, she shot him, no.. no.. no!!! kira must know about this".

"really?, Freedom's alive", kira asked being happy and raymond said, "good for you that he's alive, but bad for me that he wouldn't let me have my jenny". Kira said,

"i***t!, they are cousins, stop over thinking, there is no way they can be together", raymond said that's the only hope that keeps him going but how is he going to get jenny to be with him. Kira told him to forget about jenny and help her get Freedom to marry her first.

They both went to Harrison's house, they bought two rings and carried a priest along cause kira wants freedom to marry her immediately. When they got there kira released a gun shot and shouted Freedom's name, and they all came outside. Kira told freedom that they need to get married right now, then Freedom told her never will he do that, then raymond asked why. Freedom told him that he can't marry kira cause he already found his woman. kira asked him who and he said it's jenny then he hold jenny close to himself. Kira laughed at him and said, you want to marry your cousin. Melissa told her that Jenny's not their cousin that it was a misunderstanding, so it will be best for her to leave jenny and freedom alone to get married. Raymond got jealous and angry, so as he was about to fire the gun at freedom, kira shot him on his hand and he fell down then she stretched the gun towards jenny to shoot her. Mr Harrison came without using the wheel chair. They were shocked to see him standing then he said to kira,

"kira stop, this is not you, just look around you what profit have you for all this, you don't need to hurt your fellow ones for love, you can't just find true love, it finds you, besides I believe before you knew freedom there are good people who loved you", kira said, "you caused all this by making me love only freedom".

Harrison continued, "yes it was my selfish reasons for money but I kept saying it that I taught you were more, Kira, wake up you are Shane's daughter", Mr Harrison began to calm and advice her. After hearing Mr Harrison's words, kira finally regrets all she has done and dropped the gun, she told all of them that she's sorry before the police came and arrested her, luckily raymond was still alive so the police took him as well.

When they were all inside freedom brought wine that they should rejoice cause his father can walk again. They were happy so Melissa said they should play a family truth and dare game. They all shouted alright, then Melissa told her father to kiss her mother, they both kissed and then freedom said it's his turn then he asked his parents what's the biggest secret they both share then his father said they had a baby girl after him before Melissa named Mina. Melissa said now she know why their shop is called Mina. Mr Harrison told them yes that the day they opened the shop was the day their mother gave birth to Mina but unfortunately they lost the baby the next three days.

Mr Harrison turned to jenny and said to her, "jenny I'm sorry I couldn't see the impact you have on my family, but now I can see the better you will bring, I give you my permission and blessings, freedom you can now marry jenny". Freedom and jenny smiled and kissed each other.

Kira was later released from prison after Harrison helped her, then she went back to China. Freedom and jenny got married to each other and they lived happily ever after.

Jenny was unable to find her biological parents cause they died already, but later on Elisa came back to mother Tina with her grown up son. She asked Tina about jenny and she told her Jenny's fine. Jenny later met with Elisa and they were happy to see each other leaving their past behind them.
