The door to the barn opened into a mudroom, which served as both Seth and Troy"s makeshift closets. Shoes lay strewn across the floor and jackets hung from the wall. The stench of sweaty feet and body odor, combined with cheap cologne, smelled strong and gave me incentive to hurry as I surveyed the area for potential clues. I made a mental note to return to this room to check the cabinets for evidence later. Making my way into the living room, I heard sounds of the demolition derby coming from the large TV covering half the wall.
