Suddenly the door opened loudly. Davina,who was holding the woman's hand, jumped up in surprise, until she inched backward. There was a well-built man standing at the door. His golden eyes immediately darkened with such a sharp gaze towards Davina until she shuddered in Fear.The man immediately broke the door when he heard a voice asking for help. "What are you doing?" shouted the brown-haired man in an accusing tone. His gaze was sharp and deadly. Davina immediately shuffled away from the woman who was lying on the floor, realizing that it was likely that the man who was there had misunderstood what was going on.

"I ... I don't know what happened," Davina said, trembling. Her palm that touched the tiled floor was pouring out a cold sweat.

The man immediately widened his eyes when he saw the woman in front of Davina. He immediately approached the woman who was lying and was unconscious. He was surprised to see how much blood that had stained her dress. "Gloria, what happened to you?" the man shouted, while laying her head on his lap. Repeatedly shook her body but the woman did not move at all. The man grasped the woman's hand and then kissed her repeatedly. "Gloria, I beg you to hold on," the man said sadly. "Sir, what happened to Miss Gloria?" said the man who had just entered. No less surprised as the man earlier. "Daniel, get the car ready and take care of that woman so she doesn't run away. I'll make some calculations with her." The man named melvin stared angrily at Davina who was curled up in a corner in fear. "Yes, sir," Daniel replied, who immediately contacted someone to immediately prepare the car.

Melvin immediately carried the body of a woman who turned out to be Gloria. With wide steps, he immediately took her out of the room.

Davina slowly grabbed her stick and then stood up. She didn't understand what really happened. Her mind could not properly digest what had happened. She still felt like she was dreaming about it. "You two, take her upstairs!" Daniel ordered his men. "Wait, don't come near!" Davina said with a terrified face when she saw two men walked towards her. They had muscular bodies and scary appearances. The two men did not care about the girl's order at all. Roughly, Davina’s hand was immediately forcibly pulled by the two men. "Let go! What are you going to do?" Davina struggled with all her might until her stick fell off. But the strength of her hands was incomparable to those of the two burly men. Caused her skin to flush red due to being too strong. "Don't expect to get away because you've tried to harm Miss Gloria," Daniel said.

"Wait! I didn't do anything," Davina said with a tone of sorrow and teary eyes.

"If you want to defend yourself you'd better do it later," Daniel said flatly.

"Quickly drag and lock her upstairs!" Daniel ordered his men.

"Yes sir." The two burly men dragged Davina forcibly to the second floor, until her right leg from a sprain was even more painful. Davina couldn't do much, the girl could only rebel with a weak force, incomparable to the two men.

After arriving at the top floor, Davina was pushed into a room and the door immediately closed tightly.

"Please, let me go!" Davina shouted, sitting on the floor,She could not hold her tears anymore. She was so scared by what might happen to her life. Davina tried to get up by holding on to the wall and then banged on the door. Even though her legs hurted so badly, Davina kept trying to stand up. But her efforts were in vain because it was impossible for anyone to hear her. Moreover, wanted to open the door for her.

Davina’s body sank to the floor as her legs could no longer support her weight for too long. She started rubbing her right leg which was very painful then massaged it lightly. After starting to subside a little, Davina shifted her body closer to the bed. She tried to climb onto the bed tremblingly because the floor was so cold that her body could not stand it. With great difficulty, Davina finally got onto the bed. From day to night no one opened the door and saw Davina’s state. Even though there was an open window, there was an iron there so it was impossible for the girl to get out. What's more, her stick wasn't there, making it even more difficult for Davina to walk. Davina continued to cry until she felt tired. Plus her stomach ached from hunger, Davina choose to close her eyes. Hoping it was all a dream and when she woke up she was already in Helen’s house.

Smith Melvin was standing in front of an operating room whilst pacing around feeling restless and uneasy. His hands were clenched very tightly. His eyes were deadly and so sharp.

"Gloria, you have to hold on," Melvin said, who had stopped his steps. Now his body was facing the wall. In order to vent his anger on Davina who he thought to have harmed Gloria, Melvin’s fist punched the wall violently. "Sir, how is Miss Gloria?" Daniel asked, who had just arrived at the hospital. His breath was panting because he rushed to come to the hospital. Melvin remained unmoved without turning his back at all. Tried to hold back his anger that had now peaked. "If anything happens to Gloria,will make calculations on that girl. I will make her live with guilt for the rest of her life," melvin said in a cold tone. Will never mess with what he said. After a while Melvin turned around. "We've locked the girl up, sir." Daniel didn't dare look at his boss. His body shivered when he saw the glare of a merciless former mafia. Melvin was a ruthless mafia without mercy before finally meeting the figure of Gloria who was able to change everything. For Gloria , Melvin will do anything, including leaving his dark world. Until now, Melvin had become a CEO in his own company.

Tomorrow Gloria and her lover named Tumelo will get married. The happy day Gloria had been waiting for,for a long time. Gloria was a little girl who Melvin accidentally found. Melvin considered Gloria like his own younger sister.

"Find out who the girl really is," Melvin said, while gritting his teeth hard. "According to the guard, she is just a girl who was delivering roses, sir," Daniel said with his head bowed. "I don't care. Whoever is in the same room with Gloria is definitely the culprit. She could be a spy disguised as a rose delivery girl," Melvin said.
