Ryan was holding a sleeping Riana’s hand. It had been hours since they arrived there and even after her time in the ER, she was still asleep. He was supposed to be planning her crowning ceremony and here he was holding the hand of his woman and she hadn’t woken up. Everyone outside wanted to see Riana but Ryan wouldn’t let them. He needed to be with her, and she needed to see his face first.
It was already night, yet they had arrived early in the morning. Ryan had finally managed to fall asleep holding Riana’s hand. He had hoped that when she woke up, he would feel her movement, but he was too tired. Riana had woken up some time later and remained still for a few minutes because her body felt like it was beaten.
