I stared down at her unmoving body, the only thing keeping me from breaking down were the soothing, electrifying sparks that were being transmitted through Noah’s comforting caresses.
“Why won’t it work?” Tears began to brim my eyes as my hands remained clasping hers. “Why can’t I heal her?”
