"Good morning, Colin!" Julian said cheerfully as he left my side to go over to Colin as he walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning, champ." I looked over my shoulder to see Colin ruffling his hair. He was dressed in a pair of black slacks and a blue shirt.
"I thought you were coming back from your trip to rest, not to go work the next day," I said as I looked at him with a raised brow.
He chuckled and walked over to my side to peck me on the cheek. "I'll make sure to come early. I couldn't be there for Julian at the hospital, I want to make up for it."
