The people of Crymph had already come back on their land, through an opened portal from the Academy with Elmira’s order.
Elmira was standing on top of the mountain, at the back of the Palace to watch them over, and to see how they’re coping up with their lives with their ruined home and houses in Crymph.
She’s seeing how they were all struggling in their situation. They have lost not only their houses, but also their family and friends, their businesses to provide them money and food. They have lost everything, and all are starting again from scratch, and a blurry future ahead of them. The explosion ruined their lives.
Elmira’s just there, watching from the mountains, not doing anything to help them.
Almost half of the population of Crymph had died, others died from the explosion, and others died in the dungeon from Gemus’ hands. And that’s how much of a Sinner the Hazzles of Crymph are.
As they come back to their land, Elmira makes sure that they have enough food and shelter like tents until Crymph recovers from the tragedy, and until Hazzles can already stand again from their loss. She made sure that the Palace will provide them resources and a hand to help them for their faster recovery, as she had informed them that they need support from the Palace.
“Can you come here for a moment? Crymph’s Governor and rulers are making a fuss. We can handle them, but we can kill them if we do.” She heard Savvy talking in his mind, calling her over, to come back inside the Academy just for a moment.
“I’ll be there.” Elmira takes a look for the last time on Crymph before teleporting back to the Academy, and in the dungeon.
“What’s happening?” Elmira’s walking towards them as the three in front of the Governors’ cell are looking at her while she draws nearer. She stopped beside them, and looked towards the Governor when no one even answered her.
“What’s the problem Mr. Nile?” She asked him directly as he was just right in the gate of his cell.
“And who are you, lady? I want to see the Royal Family, not you.” He said, raising his voice, as he’s being really pissed for the people in front of him.
The three beside her were raising a brow and looking at him in a burning passion to kill him at that very moment, as they just couldn’t accept how he was treating their Empress. Elmira just remained calm, and her eyes were fixed on him alone.
“I am Elmira, and I am from the Palace.” She said in her calmest voice. “And if you want to say something, tell me. I will relay your message to them.” She slipped her eyes towards the other rulers behind him, who were all looking towards her.
“I don’t need you. I need the Royalties.” He said, gritting his teeth in anger.
“You can’t come out yet, if that’s what you wanted to ask.” Elmira said, ignoring what he had said.
“And who are you to tell me that? I am a Governor in Crymph. My people need me. And why did you let them out without us? They need us, you stupid people!”
Elmira stopped the three beside her with her arms in front of them. They were all ready to hurt the man in front of them as they couldn’t take how the man was talking with Elmira, he was shouting and he even called them stupid.
“How are you so sure that your people need you, Nile?” Elmira said, still calmed, but she’s already annoyed with him.
“What did you just call me? Nile? How dare you disrespect me? Call the Royalties right now, and you’ll see the consequence of your bad attitude.” Elmira raised a brow and let out a short and insulting sigh.
“If that’s what you want, I’ll grant your wish.” She said grinning.
“Don’t tell us you’ll do what he wants?” They couldn’t believe what Elmira’s doing in front of them. She’s just doing what the Governor wanted her to do, and that’s something Elmira shouldn’t do, as the man is just a normal Hazzle living in Harzenia, and from their perspectives, He’s just a low-level Qarath user that Elmira had given the chance to live.
“If that’s what he wants.”
“No way.” Sinn commented. “You’re crazy.” Sid seconded. “Go on. We’ll stay beside you.” Savvy said after them that made the two look at him in doubt.
“Someone’s looking for you here in the dungeon. Leave your work with Alexis for now.” She started communicating through their heads.
“And before you go, please get my mirror from PaSmith. Tell him I need that here.” She said in their heads, looking directly towards the man in front of them.
“What are you doing? I said call the Royalties now!” He said on top of his lungs, in her face.
“They’ll be here in five minutes. Just wait.” The Governor’s brows formed a furrow as he was watching her for the whole time, but she never left, so how on Harzenia did she call them without living. He wasn’t amazed, but he’s now asking who’s the lady in front of her as she had called the Royalties without even living or speaking.
“El.” Jack and Elizabeth arrived at exactly five minutes as Elmira had said, but they stopped midway when they saw the three behind her.
“You were Alexis' bodyguards.” The King said, looking at them, being startled and terrified to see them. “Gemus.” He added.
The three were just staring at them, and didn't even care when he called them Gemus in front of other Hazzles.
“Is that the King? Who is he calling Gemus?” The Governor asked, trying to be calm as he heard the word Gemus, as for them, that word is cursed as they were the ones who were robbing Qaraths from Hazzles.
“Yes. That’s your King. And he’s referring to these three beside me when he says `Gemus’.” Elmira answered him proudly.
“Don’t mind them. They wanted to stay beside me, so let them be.” She said, directing her gaze towards the two Royalties. “Nile badly wanted to see you.” She said, not minding about the man in the cell who’s looking at him with anger written all over his face.
As Elmira had said, they didn’t mind the three beside her, but maintained a distance from them when they had reached the cell of the governor and the other rulers of Crymph.
All of them inside the cell, bowed when they saw the two outside their cell.
“What’s happening here Mr. Nile?” The King asked him, so he raised his head and looked towards him, ready to spill his concerns.
“Crymph needs us. How long do we need to stay here? And why are we staying here in the first place when our people are all outside, trying to survive what happened in Crymph?” He said fast, as he’s grabbing the opportunity to talk about his concerns with them.
As the King heard his concern, he directed his gaze towards Elmira as he didn't even know her plans with them.
“And that brat.” Elmira grinned when he heard him call her that way. “You must punish her with her bad attitude. She didn’t even know how to respect me.” The Queen was just staring at him the whole time.
“And who are you to be respected by her?” The Queen said that startled him. Elmira was just grinning all the time, looking at him, enjoying the show that the Governor asked for.
“Q-queen Eliza. What. What are you saying? You know, I am a Governor in Crymph, and it is just right for her to respect me, the way others are respecting me, right?” He said, trying to act so cool, and trying to pretend that he didn’t even get startled about what the Queen had told him.
“No. I’m sorry to tell you this Mr. Nile, but I think she already had plans for you. That, I think, you need to hear.” She said, concealing her annoyance towards him, but she couldn’t hide it through her voice as she had raised her voice slightly as she’s talking.
“Wait. Wait. From her? Are you telling me that you are relying on her decisions? Who the hell is this lady, by the way?” He said, gritting his teeth, and looking intensely towards Elmira.
“And who the hell are you to say that in front of her?” Sinn was also trying to calm himself, and trying not to harm the man who had been talking dirty about Elmira.
“Sinn, don’t get down to his level. He’s just nobody.” Elmira said, teasing the man in front of them.
“Let’s get to the point. Assign another Governor and Rulers in Crymph. These Hazzles in here, must not leave the dungeon and must pay for their sins for the rest of their lives, as they were the reason why Crymph has become the land of Sinners, and why Crymph had experienced the bombing.” She said seriously, looking towards him, and the other rulers inside the cell.
“You’re talking nonsense. Who are you to dethrone us? And what are you saying that we’re the reason behind that bombing and that land of Sinners? We didn’t even know that that explosion would even happen! We just woke up here inside this f*****g cell because the ground is shaking and there were loud banging sound coming from somewhere and someone just informed us that it was from our beloved land of Crymph! But you’re accusing us, how dare you.”
“Are you done talking?” Elmira just asked after all that he had just said. “If you don't know what I am talking about, let me clear this up to you. Listen attentively as I will only tell you this, once.” She paused, preparing herself to clarify things with him.
“I never accused anyone, Hazzle. I have been observing you and those behind you for so long, and I have seen you using your people to get what you wanted, killing them to acquire another Qarath inside your office, throwing their bodies on the river just near your house so no one could even notice." She's just glaring at him as she talks, letting him understand everything that she has to say.
"I have seen and heard your people reporting to you that someone’s missing, and you pretended not to know, telling them that you’ll investigate. But once the Hazzle had left your office, you were laughing behind them, and they will be your next target." She said, as she's feeling how her eye colors are changing.
"And those who were behind you, the other rulers of Crymph, have done the same thing, constantly robbing Qaraths, thinking that you were all the Highest Being in Harzenia as you have gained a lot of Qaraths. You even considered killing the Royal Family, not only for once, but thrice to get their throne. And once your people had known what you were doing, they learned how to acquire another Qarath from other Hazzles, even if they were doing it in front of you, you still did nothing, as for you, whatever they’re doing was not a sin and you had tolerated them until they had sinned a fortune. Now tell me that you know nothing.”
No one ever tried to cut her off when she was talking as they can see how her hair’s glowing, and how her eyes change color into intense green. The Gemus knows very well the meaning behind when her hair’s glowing.
Jack and Elizabeth were just listening to what she’s saying, as they only know what the rulers of Crymph have been doing in their land, just now from Elmira. They didn’t even know that they had tried to kill them.
“W-who. Are you, really?” He was holding on to the gates of their cell, maintaining his balance as he is so terrified hearing the facts from her, who they didn’t even know who she really is.
“I am Elmira. The Empress you had neglected for years. And you can’t hide anything from me, Hazzle.” She said, leaving them all speechless and in a state of shock.
It’s unbelievable for the way she had said her identity, but they have seen her change her eye color, they have heard their dark secrets from her that they only knew themselves and how she’s just commanding the Royalties in front of them, makes them believe her.
“So what do we do with them?” The King asked her.
“Gemus won’t kill them.” She said. “But I’ll make sure that they will receive their punishment directly from me.” She said, glancing at the two beside her.
“By tomorrow, Crymph should have another set of Rulers as you can’t always look for them. I know you’re busy, and I couldn’t always look for them. And don’t worry about them getting each other's Qaraths. We’ve cleaned them when we let them use the portal back to their home, so they’re not harmful for now.” She said, holding in the cell gates, putting another layer of barrier so no one could escape them.
“And because you’re already here. Let’s have a small meeting in Alexis’ room in the dormitory. I’ll discuss a few more things with you.” She said, finishing her new made barrier that can get the Qaraths that they had robbed, and will transfer it towards the Gemus who were on the edge of their limitations.
