They put on the swimsuits. Jen wore the two-piece yellow bikini; Janine wore the red one and Jackie wore the black swimsuit. She tried the white swimsuit but some parts are almost see through that's why she settled for the black two-piece.
"Are we really going out wearing this?" Janine hugged herself.
"Why not? You're so sexy, Janine! You have an hour glass figure!" Jen said in excitement.
"But I feel I'm nude." Her cheeks were hot in embarrassment.
"Same," Jackie said, but satisfied on what she sees in the mirror.
"Be proud." Jen walked to her bed and opened her traveling bag. "Here are the covers for those." She handed the cover. They were see through but enough to cover their bodies.
"This feels better." Janine checked herself in the life-sized mirror. She can still see the silhouette of her body but it's better than nothing. "I'm glad it's red."
"Yeah," Jackie agreed. "And mine is black. I don't like the white one. I can see my private parts there."
Jen wore her swimsuit cover. She took her purse. "I got a waterproof purse for our phones and pocket money!" She handed two plastic purses with string to them.
"You are always prepared," Jackie said. "Thank you!"
"Let's go? The guys are waiting." Jen opened the door and saw the three men standing in front of their door. They were wearing shirts and shorts. "You will swim like that?"
"We'll take these off later, ladies." Steve winked.
"Okay, you say so." Jen walked away, Jackie and Janine followed her.
They all went to the beach side of the resort. The sand is white and the sky is blue, reflecting on the ocean. Few people wearing their swim wear were walking on the shore.
"Wow! This is beautiful!" Janine took out her phone to capture the view.
"You are more beautiful than the view," Mark said. "I can stare at you the whole day."
"You're making me conscious," Janine said. She lowered her gaze.
"Hey, don't be shy. You look stunning." He held her chin and lifted her face. "You should always chin up, and never look down. You are beautiful inside and out."
She smiled on him. His eyes were full of passion, and she can feel his sincerity in those words. "Thank you."
"Love birds," Jen called. "Let's go to the seaside. You can have your moments later." She grinned. She started running towards the seaside where Marvin, Steve and Jackie were playing with the waves.
They both laughed at Jen. She's really the mood changer. Mark held her hand while walking towards the seaside. They all had fun while playing on the sand and the waves. They took a lot of group photos and solo shots.
"Jackie," Marvin called her attention.
"Yes?" She turned around to see Marvin. He's behind her, that's why they were closer to each other. She got nervous that's why she stepped a bit and pretended to take another photo of the view.
"Can you come with me?" he asked. "Let's buy souvenirs." He pointed at the shops nearby the shore.
"S-sure." She looked at Janine, talking with her boyfriend Mark, while Jen was with Steve, seemed talking over something serious. She just sighed and walked towards the shops. Marvin followed her. They first went to the shop selling beaded accessories.
"Do you like anything?" Marvin asked her. "I'll treat you."
"Seriously?" Jackie's smile went wide.
Marvin nodded. "Yes, get anything you want."
"How about you?"
"Pick anything for me," he said. "Get something in pair for us."
Holy cow! Jackie said to herself. Why would I pick a pair of accessories for us?
She just focused on choosing accessories. She chose a few necklaces and earrings for her, Janine and Jen. She also picked two black bracelets with a rectangular steel plate design. A word written on both was "forever".
"I like that," Mark said. He pointed at the bracelets.
"A-are you sure?" she asked hesitantly.
"Of course. Let me have one." He took one and put it on Jackie's wrist. "It looks perfect." He offered his hand to Jackie, telling her to put the other bracelet on him. She just did what he wanted.
"Is that okay?"
"I like it." He took out some bills and paid all the accessories she picked.
They were about to check other shops when Jackie saw a familiar figure of a man to her. He was in a seashell store with a woman. "Now, I remember him. He's Henry Galvez. He was our former student council vice president."
"You like him?" Marvin asked.
"Of course, not!" She rolled her eyes. "He's Jen's ex-boyfriend. He's a womanizer. He's a graduating student now. Anyway, let's go. I'm hungry. Let's call the others." She still looked back to check the guy. He dragged his girlfriend away from the shop. "It's none of my business," she said to herself.
They were both leaving when Jackie felt the need to follow the two. "Marvin, can we follow them?"
Marvin wanted to protest but he knows better than anyone about Jackie's ability. "'Let's go."
They went to the same direction where the two headed. They saw them having a heated confrontation in front of their cottage. They hid behind a huge coconut tree near the cottage.
"I'm not going to accept that baby. Have it aborted or I will leave you." Henry was pointing on the woman's tummy.
Jackie gasped upon hearing him saying that. He wants to abort his child? That is so wrong! She was about to interfere but Marvin held her arm to stop her. She looked at him, he shook his head. Right, it's none of my business anymore.
The guy entered their cottage while the woman was left outside, crying. "Don't leave me, Henry." She begged when the guy went out of the cottage, carrying his things.
"You just ruined our vacation." He pushed the woman, not minding she's pregnant. He walked out so fast and left the poor woman alone.
"Are we going to leave her alone like that?" Jackie whispered to Marvin.
"I want to help, but we're strangers in her eyes, peeking on her private life."
The woman entered the cottage. A few minutes later, she went out carrying her bag. She left the beach alone. Jackie just stared at her back while she was walking away.
"Let's go, Jackie. She already left."
She sighed. She understands what Marvin said. Who would be happy seeing strangers meddling in their personal lives? "Let's go back to the seashore." She walked away with heavy footsteps.
