Lindsey woke up alone in one of the tents that Ryuu had shown her before. Her bed crunched as she moved and she turned to investigate it. It was nothing but leaves and plants tied together. Crunchy leaves if the sound was any indication
“Are you awake?” whispered a voice outside. A large shadow sat at the front of her door.
She brushed a hand through her hair and opened the flap. “I am,” she nodded to the black bear that waited. Maybe he was the same one from before? She couldn’t be completely sure, bears did tend to look alike. He sounded the same at least.
“Ryuu said you were to be given a day of practice, and one more night of rest. We can’t wait too long or we’re all in danger.” He held out a paw to her. “I want you to take me with you.”
