Chapter 15

ADDY’s POV:

I put my block down to let the voice talk again.

‘Finally, relax little one and let me take over.’

‘The pain hurts, but I think I can handle it. I don’t know if you’re going to hurt me so I don’t want to let you have control,’ I confess stubbornly.

‘Let the voice have control, honey. The voice is your wolf’ my dad mind-links me.

‘I don’t have a wolf. Don’t lie to me!’ I gritted my teeth to endure the pain, annoyed. Am I the only one who thinks I’m not lose my mind?

‘Would you let me in, the moon goodness granted me to talk to you and she allowing me to shift now that we have found mate,’ my so-called wolf tells me.

‘Ugh fine! Btw you are kinda annoying,’ I groaned, rolling my eyes.

I relinquished control to this insane, so-called “wolf” I apparently have. My bones started to fulled shift and the pain was unbearable then suddenly the pain vanished. I opened my eyes and I had to blink for my eyes to adjust to the sun. My parents, Kyle, Maverick, and Aunt Lily and Uncle Maximus were all standing in front of me.

It was like I was looking through glasses. I looked down at my feet to see white paws.

‘Thank you, Addy!’ My wolf said.

‘What’s your name?’ I asked her.

‘My name is Niylah, but you can call me Ni or Lala.’

‘Can I shift back now?’ I asked Lala.

‘Sure can!’ Lala said, with a smile. Lala diverted to the back of my mind and I let myself shift back to my human form.

My father was standing with a blanket in hand to cover myself. I guess I am going to have to get used to my own nudity now around other people. I don’t think I will ever be or at least it will take me a while to get use it. Never mind, having a wolf is going to be a big adjustment.
