Two weeks after the kiss, Stan showed up at my door with a bouquet of sunflowers, an easy grin, and an idea I hadn't seen coming.
"Move in with me," he said, before I'd even fully opened the door.
"That's not a question."
"Sorry. Would you consider moving in with me?" He held out the flowers, sheepish now. "I've been thinking about it for a week. The apartment's big enough for a nursery. You're already there half the time anyway. It just makes sense."
