(Amelia dreaming...) "Oh no!, I"m drowning, somewhere, deeper and deeper into the waters. Oh my, I cannot stop this, please save me, someone save me!". There comes a man, stretching his hand towards me to help. I managed to grab his hand. He took me into his arms and saves me from drowning. "Ti..tat..ti..tat...." the alarm ranged. Alas! it was just a dream, the same dream that she has been seeing since years and she has no idea of why she named this man of her dreams Josh. "Amy, Amy......Amelia are you up? Your mom"s over the phone. Open the door...." said Gracie her roommate behind the door with her mobile that she had left with her last night. "Yeah, I"m up already" she told and moved out from her bed to open the door. "Here.." said Gracie as she went downstairs again. On the call: Me: "Hi Mom!" Mom: "Oh Hi sweety, how are you?, Are you okay? Me: "I"m fine mom" said with a not so clear voice as she yawned. Mom: "Umm..sweety why are sounding different? Is everything okay?" Me: "Yeah mom, everything"s fine" (Beep..beep.....beep..beep....A message from Tim, her friend asking her to come to the college soon to meet Mr. Punctual Prof. Ryan) Me: "Umm mom, I"m sorry but I need to go now. Will call you later..." Mom: "It"s okay sweety, just don"t forget to have your breakfast... Love you.." Me: "Love you too... mom" ( I got ready within minutes and took my bag and some of my stuffs into a cardboard box) "Ah! Oh my...", a bruiser around her neck. "How did this happened" she wondered. Was that because of the nightmare the she had last night? "Hmm.. these things are not new to me" Taking a last look at her messed up room, she locked the door. It was a fine day, in a rainy season, with a refreshing cool breeze. Amelia took a cab and got inside by adjusting her stuffs and all of a sudden, the door shut hard and it got locked. The cab driver saw this through the rear mirror and asked, "Did you just shut the door, Miss?"."Yeah, I did" she told with a smile on her face to make the driver believe in her. The driver was in a dilemma to believe in, what he saw or what she said because, her both hands were totally inside of the cardboard when this thing happened. He started the cab with that confusion rolling in his head. Slowly Amelia"s smiling face was gone and turned into a fearful one. (What really happened, only Amelia knows. Why don"t she just say that it happened by it"s own? What is she hiding? Well, All things are related to her past) When it was just a mile from her college, suddenly the door got unlocked and kicked her out with all of her stuffs onto the road. Amelia had no idea of why this happened and what she saw thereafter astounded her. The driver because of his poor attention on the road, got his cab crashed by hitting it to a tree. There, on the lonely road, Amelia with so much fear, knelt down with hands almost covering her mouth. She was afraid and was completely unaware of why these strange things happen in her entire life. It lead her to believe in a presence, that watches her, follows her and sometimes even saves her. Meanwhile all of her stuffs got drenched into the stagnant water nearby and she went by walk, to her college with her soaked bag. Into the college Professor Ryan is nicknamed by his students as Mr. Punctual since he cannot forgive someone who is late and gives them a punishment. Unfortunately he was Amelia"s guide and he was going to accompany her in a new place for her project. (He was talking to his students about the project and the students were clarifying their doubts and there came Amelia) "Excuse me, Mr. Ryan" Prof. Ryan"s anger raised seeing her unpunctuality and his anger increased in no time. "I"m sorry for the delay but it was.." Amelia was about to explain of what had happened but he interrupted her saying, "Stop, it Amelia. I don"t want to hear your fabricated excuses and as a punishment I will not accompany you in your project. You"ve to do all the things by your own and no one.. not even a single one will try to help her or else he will be punished too" he shouted. Amelia was so helpless and hopeless of how she"s going to complete her project alone in an unknown place. Tears rolled down her cheek because of all the things that is happening to her from the daybreak. Slowly she grew hope in her and managed to get back to her room. She unlocked the door and entered the room. To her surprise everything was arranged so perfectly. Nothing was so important to her other than leaving the city before the twilight, so she packed her luggages and soon left the room, giving Gracie, her room key.
