Arrested and Charged
It was on a Friday evening two days before Christmas that the public prosecutor approved the warrant for the arrest of Wikus Louw, Jacques Hendrik and Karl Helmut, in South Africa. The UK Commercial Crimes Unit, working in collaboration with the South African arm, issued the arrest warrant for Winston Ainsley and the Chinese government, were staking out Hung Industries to capture and arrest Fei Hung.
