Valerie’s POV I stared at the tiny box in Raton’s hand, the deep red velvet colour of the box was illuminated by the soft light of the room giving it an exquisite look. He flashed me with his usual sweet smile, although he looked somehow nervous, he was not like his usual confident self. “Open it,” he urged, handing me the box. Feeling a little bit hesitant I lifted the lid of the box and inside was a delicate silver bracelet with a small charm shaped like a crescent moon. It was thin and elegant.
