Valerie’s POV
The moment I drove in, I noticed his car followed me. I didn’t expect him to follow me after we had saved each other goodbye, even though we hadn't come to a conclusion.
I ignored him and stepped out of my car, heading towards the entrance door of my apartment. Then I heard his voice behind me.
“Valerie, please wait up.”
I finally stopped walking and slowly I turned around, keeping my gaze on him as he stood under the security light outside my house.
