C014 Plans For Expansion Of The New Vagabond Army

A total of 33 tomes and 9 for the Rangers would be purchased and everything totalled to about 630 gold coins. If we were to multiply it against the figures that require them, it is going to be at least 42 tomes per group per individual and that would easily come to 25k to 35k gold coins. Siow eh...!!!

"Boss, we are sure going to look BADASS in a good manner. These tomes would enhance nearly everyone in the team and it is surely going to help us overcome the higher level demons with little problems."

"Hii Hii... Silly boy, you also need to read those tomes ok? I don't want you to get hurt and I don't want to lose you or any of our men here. The last battle made you nearly lose your neck and I don't want it to happen again. Go and stock some mentos candies with you so you won't get hypo again."

"Yes, granny's little cutie pie... I understand that well. Alright, I'm going to fuse the weapons and armour, could someone help me purchase the tomes?" I pleaded as I handed Matilda 600 coo s and asked her to top up the rest.

"As usual bring the tomes back here first so I could duplicate them and keep the rest for our future expansion."

"There'll be an expansion soon, Robyn?" asked Stef as she picked her staff and get ready to leave for Leeds with Jean Lethal and Matilda.

"Of course there would be an expansion, where else would those free2play adventurers be heading for, right?" I replied with a twinkle in my eyes.

In the Realm of Mind, I fused every 2 pieces of armour and weapons to become a single item and I had managed to fused all the 240 pieces of weapons and armour under ORC CLASS / ENCHANTED with at least 3 to 5 sockets. It would be a matter of time to turn all these 480 pieces into gold coins for my personal consumption as well as for the rest of the 80 adventurers.

I returned back to the real world and the guys had purchased all the 42 tomes required and I set it aside first inside my storage. Soon I stood in front of our 80 strong adventurers and announced that there will be a feast for these 3 days and to rest and recover before we head down for a series of party raids again.

The whole 83 of them were excited when they heard about the feast as I had asked Will.I.Am to purchase 10 adult pigs that had been dressed from the market place and be sent over for 3 consecutive days for the feast. In addition to that, 20 barrels of ale had also been ordered as well.

Will.I.Am requested for 24 chickens, ducks and goose each to be dressed since he would be making smoked meat and preserve it for the next coming week. I gave him the thumbs up since no one would be going anywhere except just to relax, eat and enjoy the lull period.

"Yeah... The Vagabonds going to have a party....." hollered Jean Lethal as he joined the rest of the adventurers and everyone felt that the feasts were really worth it since they had defeated demons of a high level for 3 consecutive battles.

During our merrymaking that evening, I received a notification that Flaming Arrows had ceased to exist.

After the 3 days of revelry, we summoned the sergeants and distributed the tomes that they had marked out earlier and to distribute it accordingly to their own subordinates. There were 42 sets of tomes and they had been duplicated in the Fusion of Chamber up to 100 copies each for the future use of the new expansion plans.

"Boss, does that means we are not going to move from this spot?"

"No, JL... I've been thinking since we are in between Leeds and York within 1 hour each and close to Matilda's granny too. With these interconnecting cities, we would be able to perform party raids based on the availability of each city."

"Robyn, how about the rest of the jewels that will be handed out by the Dwarves?" asked Stef as she adjusted her mages hat so that I would not be able to see snacking just like Matilda always does.

"After the 90 day period, there won't be any supplies of the 4 different shards from them anymore. I know it's a pity to let go of such opportunities but we need to take care of our interests too."

"So, Silly boy... when would you be going to make those gems into Fair, Good and Perfect ones?" Matilda asked as she dug into a pack of Cheetos and shared with Stef. These 2 girls could never stop snacking...!!

"As a matter of fact, I would be turning them first into Poor qualities, then to Fair qualities ones. It's a progressive fusion that needs to take place one step at a time."

"We still would be selling the accessories and pills as usual, right, Boss?"

"Definitely, my friend. How can we abandon our Super Enhanced Ginseng Hee Ling Pills and Spirulina Mana Replenishment Pills, right? Will and the girls had already dried about 20kg of Spirulina that would be made into the pills soon. The Ginseng plantations have yielded more than 2000 stem and leaves. In fact, that what's we are going to do next."

"Oh Goody...!!! We can go to York and stay there for a few days, won't we?" clapped Matilda with glee as she could stay with her granny and perform party raids as well.

"Since we are going to move to York this time for a few days, at least Will and the girls would have time to prepare their smoked meat and preserve them. Their smoke meat is perfect and they are sealed in a kind of wax that could be melted off prior to food preparation." I praised at Will and the girls' efforts since they had learned all the soft skills tomes that I had handed them a week ago.

"Alright, let's prepare the 20 kg Spirulina first." and I began to summon Kamehameha energy and infused the Psi Healing Energy into it and soon I was turning every 250 grams of Spirulina into 1000 pieces of 6mm sized pills and within an hour, Jean Lethal had collected a total of 80,000 Spirulina Pills.

After that, we made turned the 2000 Ginseng stem and leaves into Super Enhanced Ginseng Hee Ling Pills and acquired 12,000 pills altogether.

"Phew... Not bad silly boy. We could make a tidy sum of 12k gold with the Ginseng and 400k with the Spirulina. So have you sent a broadcast to all the friends' list that you had of the upcoming sales soon in York?"

'Already did. The buyers are already in York and the sales would even be completed within 3 hours. The number of responses is overwhelming because they are quite a number of new classes for those who choose the path of the magical Realm and they need a lot of support for the Mana. Weird names for these classes but more extensive too."

"Ah, well... As long as we make the sales then we should be quite alright then." Stef remarked as the mention of those new classes in the magical realm makes her shudder and had a thought that one day Mages would either extinct or be branched into other classes as well.

"Alright then, we would be off after lunch and then the guys can perform large or upsize party raids at their convenience as long as they are able to Level up their new skills. The more demons, the faster they could deploy their skills and the faster they level up their new skills, right?"

"We could set up trade and let the rest train up first and then we can see what we can do over there in York," said Matilda as she hauled her knapsack that carried some smoked meat, her camping gear and snacks, of course.

Soon, after a hearty lunch of steamed rice, stir-fried mixed vegetables of at least 2 Kinds and braised duck, chicken and goose meat in black soybean sauce, all 84 of us marched towards York and told Will.I.Am and the girls we would notify them when we would be coming back 2 hours prior in 3 to 5 days time.

"Hear Ye... Hear Ye... Spirulina Mana Replenishment Pills at 5 gold coins each and Super Enhanced Ginseng Hee Ling Pills at 1 gold coins each... Come get Yours Today...!!!" hollered Jean Lethal as both Matilda and Stef had divided the number of pills equally and began to trade whenever a commlink had been established with the buyers.

There is a new class in town called 'Mesmer' short for Mersmerisation and they are classified as manipulators or Spellcasters as they could perform fast casting, dominating magic spells, illusion magic spells and inspiration magic spells.

Another new class for wielders of staffs, spears and polearms and they are now referred to as 'Paragon'. There newly named class had a large collection of shouts and attacks and I can't help but sneaks to the Peddler and asked for a sales book on 'Paragon' for reference.

After I rejoined them I flipped the sales book and finds that Jean Lethal and the Amazonian would benefit most since Amazonian Fighters are armed with spears while Jean Lethal had his Gotham quarterstaff.

"JL, could we discuss Gotham? I was thinking of replacing the thumper at the end of your staff to have a sharp tip instead of at the end so you sort of has 2 weapons on a single staff. What do you think? It's a staff and a spear as well."

"Sounds good to me, Boss. I'm happy with the idea and anything that would be advantageous to me, it would be the same for the team," replied Jean Lethal as he rubbed his hands at the upgrade that we would be getting on in the future.

"I would be doing upgrades on Matilda's, Stef's and mine too. And I would also upgrade the weapons for the Assassins first because they are always way ahead of us and hitting them whenever those demons appear."

"It would be a great idea, Boss. I agree with you. With their sharp short sword and their daggers, no one wants to mess with them much." agreed Jean Lethal as we continued our sales.

The other adventurers had gone about their business gathering information on the party raids and had made notes of the various numbers of scenarios and assault types. Each degree of difficulties was staged differently and there would be a lot of spoils and drops comparable to the ones in Leeds.

I also made a mental note to start working on our weapons first as we tended to our sales pitch that was nearing the end as we had sold off nearly 90% of the merchandise that we had brought along.

It was past dinnertime when we had completed the total number of sales and the 412k sales proceeds were divided equally among the three of them. 135k gold coins were being deposited into their accounts while the remaining 7k would be for the support staffs where Will.I.Am would take 3k gold coins and the support girls would receive 2k gold coins each.

As for myself, I made a whopping 3,840 gold coins from the sales at the smithy thereafter and I compiled it for future use.

"Silly boy, I've got more than 170k gold coins in my savings already and you only take that equipment that you had fused and sold. Would that be fair and alright?" asked Matilda as she peered into the chest filled with gold coins in her storage.

"That's for the upkeep of the NVA, granny's little cutie pie. There will be an additional class joining us called the 'Paragons' and they would be part of our team soon. With their addition, we now have 9 classes and would be adding another 5 more adventurers per class that would be totalling to 135 men in the next few days."
