As the SUV cruises down the highway toward the airport, the hum of the engine provides a steady backdrop to the conversation inside. Sebastian, ever the icebreaker, leans back in his seat and turns to face the group.
“So, Juniper, Liam,” he begins with a grin, “what’s your secret for surviving the chaos of planning events like the New Year’s party? I’d imagine it could make or break a couple.”
Juniper stiffens slightly, glancing at Liam, who answers smoothly. “Teamwork,” he says with a confident smile. “She’s got the vision, and handles the logistical stuff while I work for a music agency and provide the perfect music for each event. It’s a good balance.”
Juniper nods her head, smiling grateful at Liam. “And plenty of coffee,” she adds, earning a chuckle from everyone.
