A New Day

I wake up for the third time, seems I sleep a lot, my head is in someone’s laps. “Welcome back sleepy head.” I look up and see Chadrick looking at me. “Why... Why are you here?” I yawn. “Seems you had a bad memory that made your body tired since you are not healed yet.” I start remembering the Elders. “Ohhh" I close my eyes again just feeling the security of my brother. "Brielle, you told them you saw babies and blood and vampires. We do not have vampires in our territory for centuries.” I still don’t open my eyes.  “I-I- I think it was a dream.” I frown. For a dream felt real to me. “Then you know dreams are not true right.”

Changing P.O.V

She just sits up next to me my arm was still around her for comfort. “I think this time is different that I saw something from a long time ago.” I lift my eyebrow to her. “How do you know that?" She looked down at her hands. "The way they talked and dressed.” My little sister looks so fragile. “Ok. And why did you only remember when you saw Elder Christian.” Her eyes went dark again, I squeezed her, pushing her next to me again and they went back to grey, but she was far away. “I saw him in them, and Silvanie also.” I put my head on top of hers. “Elder Silvanie?” She tries to look up at me.  “She was in the last children's dream.” I give a peck on the forehead, and she nudges back into my chest. “Maybe if you talk to them. they can help you and explain why you saw those.” She looks at me again. Her eyes were still grey as if it did not matter.

“Chadrick, why are the Elders here?" I try to explain it to her. "They came to help you in the week you were asleep. You had dreams Brielle's bad dreams that made your heart stop. Sometimes I thought you were dying, they helped you every night to bring up back.” I sense her body stiff a little. “OH… Are they taking me back with them??” There was a knock at the door, Elder Silvanie and Natasha took a pick, asking permission. Chadrick waved his head. “How are you feeling Brielle?” Elder Silvanie walked closer to us. “Better” Brielle looked at Natasha.  “Are you here to take me away?”

Change P.O.V.

They look at Chadrick, and he pushes me closer to him. “No Brielle, you are not leaving the pack," Silvanie said with a smile. “When you are ready you will need to train with me in the temple.” Natasha looking at Chadrick “And your brother will come with us since he has to train also.” I look at Chadrick. “I do not need to train.” Hisses “Yes, you need mister. You still need to train your light weapon.” I look at both, no one never talks to Chadrick like that.  “I can train here with you, kitten.” She takes a step closer to him and points.  “I told to not call me that.” He just scoffs. “It's better at the temple, where there is no problem of making a tree fall on a house.” She looks at him with narrowing eyes like she knows something. “That was an accident.” He wines.  “You can be with Brielle and oversee her training.” Silvanie backs Natasha up. “Alright, you won! But just because Brielle is going to be there also, and I must protect her.”

I am looking at all this conversation with the most confused head, did he just call her kitten? Light what??? “What is going on?” Chadrick looks at me with strange eyes. “Ohh Right, Elder Natasha is my chosen MATE.” He says with a big smile. I look at her and she is blushing.  “What light thing are you guys talking about?” I got so many doubts.  “Well, before you wake up, on your last night, we found out that Chadrick is a Moon Goddess Warrior and Guard. Elder Natasha Trained him and performed a test so that he could protect you and come to the temple with you.” Silvanie explains. “Yeah and know I can summon a weapon made of light. Is so cool.” Chadrick talks like an excited child. "Chadrick do not dare.” Natasha, scream at him when she saw him putting his hand forward to summon.  “What, it was only a dagger.” Chadrick wines at her. “You still need to train. Do you want to hurt Brielle?" She narrows her eyes at him as a mother does. "No, I will never hurt her.” He gives me a small smile like sorry maybe next time. “Now, Brielle, since you are feeling better. How about we all go down to dinner?” Silvanie looks at me.  I just nod.

I try to stand up, Chadrick in front of me for support. I got a little dizzy and my legs are sleeping. I am supporting in his arms until I have the force to stand alone. “Maybe a bath first.” He says twisting his nose, getting a slap in the arm by Natasha. “Do you think you can bathe, or do you want me to help you?” She says. “I can.” Sensing her insecurity with Natasha. “I will help just to be sure.” Silvanie seeing Brielle's eyes flickering from every color. I put my arm around Silvanie and she took me to the bathroom.

Elder Natasha P.O.V

“Let’s take our leave, or you are staying to see your sister dress up?” Growls “There is only one person I like to see naked.” Blinks “Better sit down waiting.” Roll eyes while going to the door.  “Are you sure?” He passed me by and blocks the door. I blush hard, and he smirks. Captures my lips in a kiss that tells me exactly how much he wants to see me naked. I start moaning against him, I am becoming weak at his touch. He breaks the kiss and looks at me with the most smirking eyes ‘I knew it’.  And after I catch my breath, playfully smack his arms that are now around me. “Shall we go kitten?” I froze.  “G-Go Where?” He smiles. “To dinner! What where you think that I would take you to my bed and make my way with you.” I sense my body blush because that may have crossed my mind. He then takes my hand and walks to the dining room.

Elder Silvanie P.O.V

I helped Brielle take the clothes. I knew she will be needing to recover her body is skinny. “Are you too shocked about your look?” I see her looking in the bathroom mirror. “I think not, she told me I would have grey hair, because of the curse. I-I.” She starts to panic again looking at the mirror. “Why you have a tattoo now?” I point to her ankle, changing her mind to something else. I see her touch her ankle and stabilize like the wolf was helping her calm down. “Yes, it was her idea. I wanted something to help me remember her since I cannot see. I am Human after all.” Looking down at her ankle. “Her who?” I was trying to make her talk while she was calm. “Ashriel, my wolf. Why I am human and not a cursed werewolf?” Looks up at me.  “We will have time to tell you everything now, go take a bath. I will choose something for you to wear.”

She goes to take a bath, but before I leave, I heard her. “I don't look like myself, why does it seem like somebody else is here and not me?” She said looking back at me her eyes flicking brown. “I know it may not look like the old you, think like a new beginning, to learn yourself now, and to redefine your future.” Her eyes go gray again. “My Future!” I try helping her. “I will call a family member that is a hairdresser to help fix that hair of yours before we go down.” She just nods. I mind link Stefanny, she is one of my family relatives, she works in the human world, but today is her day off. I ask her if she could come up to the packhouse a.s.a.p., explain to her what is to do. She responds ‘ok be there in 15’.

When Brielle is done, she comes out and dresses, when she is almost over, Stefanny mind link that she arrived. I go to the door and got her up to Brielle room, she puts Brielle in a chair, and start prepping everything, and after 20 minutes, she is done, she trimmed a little bit and did a pixy hairstyle, it looked good on Brielle. “What do you think?" She looks at her hair in the mirror. "I never had my hair this small.” Her eyes do not change. “But do you like it?” She takes her time answering. “I am fine.” I smile. Better an answer than no answer at all. “Let us show them at dinner.” She shrugs, and we all walk out the door to dinner.
