She jumped up from the mat looking pale as ever like her heart had been ripped out. “Wait hold up a second I think I didn’t hear you there, you motherfucking said who?” she questioned no body in particular.

Tina and her other four friends walked up to Payton, trying to calm her down Tina patted her back. “We said you Payton.” she spoke while her friends were telling her to calm down.

She shook her head vigorously like she was trying to shake that idea out of their minds. “I don’t want that though. Can’t you someone else, like I choose Wade.” she held out her finger pointing to the direction of Wade.

He seated on the ground with a faint smile on his face. “You know you bet me you are the champion. We have faith in you to win this for us.” he tried motivating her by raising both his thumbs up while giving her a big smile.

Payton shook her head once more. “I don’t..” she whispered looking down to the floor.

Jaan squeezed her shoulder gaining her attention, he smiled at her with a head nod that screamed you can do this. On the other side Tina did the same, “Don’t worry baby you got this.” she reassured her, Dixie Amber and Ralph agreed with a head nod too.

As they were motivating her, Zelda now walked up to her boyfriend wrapping her arms around him. Cade rubbed his palm against her shoulder a smile on his face.

He looked up again only to lock eyes with an annoyed Payton. To make her feel even worse he swiftly kisses Zelda’s lips.

Breaking away from their kiss he smirked at Payton. “Afraid of a little match are we?” he mocked her.

“No I just don’t want to fight with an already crowned loser!” she hissed at him completely annoyed most of which being that he kissed her, even if she wasn’t hers to have.

Cade chuckled locking eyes with Payton. “Referring to yourself?” he asked in a mock full tone. If it weren’t for her friends hold her back she would have jumped the fool.

Mr. Derek shook his head experiencing first hand a confusing love triangle. “Calm down students!” he spoke looking at both of them telling them to take caution.

Amber coupled her face bringing her attention back to them. “Good luck Payton. We believe in you, you will win for sure.” she spoke slapping her cheeks lightly, more playful.

“You two get the f**k back to your side!” One of her classmate shouted as everyone went out to sit on the benches. Amber and Dixie simply rolled their eyes, even if they were for another class their bets were on Payton.

Amber and Dixie locked hands, with one last pat on Payton’s back Dixie spoke. “Bye! We’ll record your win!” with those said Amber pulled her girlfriend to the benches.

Ralph looked sympathetic at his friend, looking up to the sky he looked back at her. “May they have mercy on your soul.”

Jaan violently nudged him on his ribcage, grabbing his forearm Jaan began pulling his away from speaking more. “Shut up!” he hissed at him as they walked to the benches.

The only one that remained was Tina, she embraced her in a tight hug before letting go. “Good luck Payton.” she wished her luck then Tina went to the benches as well.

Zelda also bid Cade luck with a kiss then she left for the stands. The little show of their emotions angered Payton, to the extent she ended up clenching her fists.

Mr. Derek called them over a bit more closer. “You know the rules.” he stated looking between the two. Unlike Cade Payton looked clueless, “I don’t know them.” Payton stated looking over at Mr. Derek.

The man chuckled like a mad man. “Yeah none are there but no death good luck.” with that said he walked away from the two going to benches to enjoy the show.

“I will—” Cade didn’t have the chance to finish what he was going to say, as Payton threw a strong punch towards his face with her strength.

The blow was like no other with her strength Cade surely had a broken jaw. The guy looked back at Payton with bloody gums and rage in his eyes.

Payton smirked at Cade, raising her eyebrows she dared him to throw one at her. About to punch him again Cade stretched out his arms then chanted. “Ventus!”

A gush of strong wind came throwing Payton all across the field, she rolled on the ground untill it disappeared.

From the ground she glared at Cade who wore a side smirk. Payton rose from the ground with her speed she ran to Cade, throwing another punch right in his gut.

The guys fell to the ground massive pain passing through his body. With one arm he hugged his stomach while the other was held out towards the direction of Payton.

Payton planned to finish him off but as she tried to walk her feet wouldn’t budge. She looked up only to find Cade on his feet walking to her with his arm towards her while he chanted.

The more he approached the stronger the pull was on her legs, and slowly Payton went down on her knees able to move.

Using his free hand Cade punched Payton on the face and a cracking sound came from her nose, and did it hurt like a b***h.

Cade smiled in pleasure before Payton could even recover from the first blow he punched her again. Payton with her arms pushed the lunatic away as blood ran down her nose.

He stumbled back a bit lossing his grip on the spell. Payton slightly rose before she came crushing down again on her knees at full force.

Cade walked up behind her with his other arm he got a hold of her right arm. Pressing his foot on her back he pulled her arm then dislocated it from it’s socket.

Everyone including Mr. Derek seemed surprised at the violent action. Payton screamed in agony as she bent down to the ground. “Bitch.. my arm doesn’t bend that way!” she shouted popping her arm back in place, a loud growl came from within as she went back in place.

Cade giggled mischievously watching her hurt, he still stood behind her. “Now it does, doesn’t it.” he mocked.

Payton gripped his shirt throwing him to the ground in front of her. She quickly got up from the ground with her full strength she broke his knee with her foot.

The boy cried out in unbearable pain. “Aw your leg doesn’t bend that way?” Payton mimicked his tone from earlier on, even the smile.

The students looked at Mr. Derek waiting on him to stop the fight but the man was taken back.

Dixie shook Amber’s shoulder trying to get her attention she was so invested in the fight. “I am afraid they will actually kill eachother.” she stated looked at the two.

Amber placed her index finger over lips as one hand single handedly recorded. “This is some high quality wrestling. Shush and watch.” she took her attention back to the field waiting on how Payton would end him.

Payton’s friends were rather shocked and worried apart from Tina and Amber who enjoyed it a little too much. Zelda was seated at the edge of her seat as she watched her boyfriend cry in pain on the ground.

In the act to help she did the exact same spell he did before, Payton immediately flew in to air then landed on the hard ground.

She stood once more this time looked even more annoyed then earlier. “That’s getting a bit old!” she hissed running her speed, before he could respond it wasn’t him.

Payton threw punch after punch on him and the thing that made it so simple was he was powerless. Rage filled her eyes as she pounced on his face.

Mr. Derek now fully came to his senses rushing to his aid he threw Payton off. But she tried to launch at him again his arms stopped her. “Payton stop!” he stared into her eyes pleading.

Cade was being helped up by his friends and girlfriend. The look Zelda gave her broke her heart so much all she did was stand there as they walked away. The rage and disappointment of her eyes burning an everlasting flame in her heart.
