...Athena Anderson... "I see Landon, over there."Sabrina says as she points to a group of guys. I turn to look in the direction she's pointing and frown when I see a girl by his side, stroking his arm.I look down and hug the books closer to my chest, letting out a sigh. "Oh my god,why does he have to be so hot?"A girl speaks up as she passes by us with her group of friends. "I know,I would like to be in his bed, even if it's just a one-time thing."One of her friends sighs dreamily. Sabrina visibly cringes, going as far as to point a finger to the back of her throat and faking a gag."That's disgusting, how can you say such things out loud?' I shrug, kicking a rock,"Your dad used to be a model and your mom is beautiful woman, sab,it's no mystery where he got his looks from." "He definitely took all the good genes, that greedy bastard."She scoffs as she  crosses her arms across her chest, blowing out a breath of annoyance. I turn my head to look at her,my eyebrows furrowed."You're beautiful,Sabria.Never think otherwise." She gives me a small smile,"Thank you but you're the one who gets all attention from guys." "That's  their loss, because I'm  not interested any of them.Besides, the attention you receive doesn't define your worth."I turn my attention towards Landon,my eyes fixed on the girl still clinging to his arm."The attention I receive doesn't make me happy, because the guy I want it from doesn't see me that way." "Well, whoever that dumbass is,he's missing out on something great."She tells me,grabbing my hand and leading me towards her brother. I look at him laugh at something his friend told him and I look down,If  only you knew... "Landon!"She calls out to him, catching his attention."Enough chit chat-school's over, let's go." He pulls away from the girl and smiles at us,making her frown as she looks at him walking towards us. "Okay, brat, sorry."He laughs, ruffling her hair. "Hey!Don't do that!" He ignores her and wraps his arm around my shoulders as he looks down at me."Hey,how was your day?" I give a small smile,"It was okay." "Just okay?"He frowns, poking my cheek."Who do I need to beat up for making your day less than good?"He looks around in search for the source and I laugh softly. "The teachers?" I question playfully, watching him grin in amusement."They gave  me a lot of homework." "Want me to help you after we pick your sister?" "I'll be okay, thanks." He ruffles my hair and I press my lips into a tight line,my hand reaching up his hand away before I fix it back into place."I still  don't understand why you girls get so mad when people touch your hair."He chuckles. We both turn to look at him with an arched brow,"Easy for you to say;you wake up,shower, change, and leave."I tell him, putting up one finger with each thing I mention. "Yeah, and you've seen how long I take. You even complain that I take too long." He rolls his eyes at us,"girls:you can ever understand them." "Boys:their brains are too small."Sabrina remarks, sticking out her tongue at him. "Very mature, sis." I shake my head as they continue to argue on our way to his car, attempting to push each other off the sidewalk. Once we get to his car,he unlocks it and gets into the driver's seat while Sabrina takes shotgun and I got the backseat. He drives us to Rosie's preschool and I'm the first one
