My eyes were opened as I listened the rhytmical beating of Annabeth´s heart, thumping inside her chest slowly and steadily. She was exhaisted after our love-making and fell asleep rather quick. She was a deep sleeper and a small cute smile was on her lips as her warm breath was caressing my exposed skin.
The sound of her breathing was like a lullaby for me and I wanted to close my eyes and contine to sleep, but I resisted. The bright morning sun was slowly rising above the sky signaling the dawn of a new day. The night was over.
The sight of the red, orange and yellow sunrise was breath-taking, but also frightning. The yellow ball of light was climbing the sky and it meant that the time with my little mate would soon be over.
