Two days.
I had to wait two days before I would finally be able to meet my mate as a human. It was the most excruciating time of my life. I was absolutely useless. Trying hard to not snap at everybody for every little thing they did. My warriors were even more stressed and walked around me on the egg shells, fearing that I would burst and start to throw fists in their direction. I knew they felt something was wrong, different with me but didn't have the courage to ask what. The only ones that knew why I was so hissy lately was the four people closest to me. Not even my parents knew. Yet.
