Unfortunately, the current her is still too weak to face her off, neither did she know how to come back to their original world.
So for the time being, she will live here and grow until she have the power to defeat her stepmother. But of course, they needed to find a way out to return first.
When she was still a child, Nesrin really wanted to learn magic but Azillah, the Queen, forbidden her. Fortunately, there are Mary and Sebastian who secretly taught her magic when she entered the age of 15 but until now, her level and understanding of magic is pretty low.
It looks easy, but her, Mary and Sebastian had difficulty advancing in magic. On the other hand, they all started to enter the level of cultivation ranks without any difficulty at all.
It was as if they belonged here.
But still, the Queen can used high level and advance magic while she can only used fist and blades since her magic is too weak to even scratch Azillah.
Her strength is not enough. She would be at disadvantage if they fought.
Though she had been trained since childhood making her body perfectly fine for receiving some heavy blows. She was still thankful of Azillah for training her to fight. What Nesrin resent her is for taking her emotions, innocence and childhood away.
If she could learn this world's martial arts and cultivation with spiritual energy, some moves will definitely be lethal.
Opening her eyes, Nesrin grabbed the clothes that were prepared for her. It was a long sleeve shirt, black pants and knee high boots. And for the final touch, Nesrin clipped the school pin onto her chest pocket.
Her wet long straight black hair hung on her shoulders.
She was currently enrolled in the first ever school built by the Empire. It was also her first time to an academy as she never attended one before back in her original world.
The academy is of course is in the heart of the Empire, the Capital city. It's not that far from this hill. Thirty minutes travel by a carriage and two hours by foot.
"I'm so excited to go to school, my lady!" Mary looked at Nesrin with sparkling eyes. A flicker of anticipation pass through Nesrin's eyes. Deep down she was excited.
She and both of her servants were currently in the carriage. The three of them were going to attend that academy together.
"Are you excited my lady?! Because I am!"
"Me too. What about you Sebastian?" Nesrin turn towards Sebastian who had been quiet.
"Not really." He answered honestly.
After that, Nesrin listened to her maid's babbling while watching the busy streets and reminiscing the current state of their original world. Ever since her stepmother took the throne the streets in the kingdom becomes desolate. The once cheerful and lively people tightly close their doors and windows whenever they saw her. Her notorious misdeeds already passes through the ears of many. It was humiliating as they came from her kingdom's people.
The once brightly lit lights she saw turn grey, not welcoming her.
The Queen's dog.
The beast inside the palace.
The children's nightmare and the citizen's worst enemy.
Thinking about those nicknames they had made Nesrin release a bitter smile.
She didn't blame them. It was the truth after all.
She was a beast. A monster.
Children run away when they saw her and the adults were afraid of her.
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter anymore.
Nesrin knew that life is precious. But when it comes to her safety, she'll gladly take the name of the devil and taint her hands for her survival.
And if a person deserves to die, she'll gladly wave their weapons towards them.

Inside the Empire's only academy. The young misses and masters enthusiastically chatted together. News had spread they have three new students coming today. If it is a handsome young man, the girls would celebrate. If it is a pretty girl, the boys would be so elated to know her.
This is the first time the academy accepted students in the middle of the year specially since the "Battle to Survival is drawing closer.
A white carriage with golden intricate designs but no flag or mark stops outside the school gate. All students subconsciously turn and wait for the people to climb down.
They observe the full armored coach man. No skins were visible. It just sat there straightly while holding the reins.
Finally, the carriage's door slowly open and a slender hand appeared on the door.
The girl grew excited and the boys stiffened.
It was clearly a man's hand. Does this mean that the remaining two were men?
Sebastian slowly climbed down on the carriage. He gave the school a fleeting glance.
The girls saw Sebastian's beauty and were stunned. He had a dangerous aura around him that made him look extremely attractive. Furthermore, he was tall and slender and looks pretty strong too!
The young maiden's heart started beating upon seeing Sebastian's beauty and aura.
Sebastian who didn't know about their thoughts reach out his hand towards the carriage.
And this time, soft slender hands came into view. The ring finger wore a golden ring with bright red ruby glinting in the sun while her wrist adorn a simple golden bangle yet that hand appeared delicate and sophisticated.
It was a simple accessory but why did it look so pleasing in the eyes?!
The boys exclaimed in their hearts, 'That's a girl's hand! A girl's hand!'
Contrary to the boys, the young ladies stared at the descending figure.
Her noble aura is so hard to ignore. And those eyes were exquisitely clear and bright.
Her hair that didn't have any accessories hung on the side of her carved face.
She let out a mysterious and exceptionally oppressive aura.
Another beautiful rival.
