PART 1
The living shadow named Enigma launches an attack towards the angel brigade
"s*******r them all Enigma" the Spirit ordered, then it shrouds itself amongst the shadows
Around five thousand angels charge towards Enigma. A dark wave cleared an entire row of angels. Angels fall to the water as soon as Enigma landed a hit on them
"Well done Enigma, continue what you are doing" the Spirit seems to be pleased with Enigma's performance
The Spirit headed down and started the summoning. Using the concentrated power of the dark fragment it corrupted the seawater and the fallen angels rise from the dead
"Minions move to the different parts of the world and s*******r all Mortals. Don't leave a single one breathing" the Spirit ordered
The undead angels flew away
Enigma continues to s*******r any angel that comes to its reach. The angels haven't figure out a plan to stop that living shadow from killing their allies. Their group is losing more and more as Enigma penetrates through not a single angel can withstand the power of the cursed sword.
"We must retreat now, we are no match against our enemy," an angel said
"Everyone goes we will stall him for a while" some angels faced death for the sake of their allies
"Sorry angels but there is no room for escape," Enigma said as he stabbed the stomach of the talking angel
Enigma continues to s*******r the fleeing angels
"That's is run for your lives. You can do faster than that" Enigma mocking the angels
The battle didn't take too long as the angels are mercilessly killed by Enigma. The fallen angels all raised from the dead and started to flew across the entire planet following the Spirit's single command
"Enigma go down there and s*******r more angels if you like you could also kill the Mortals" the Spirit ordered
Enigma is pumped by bloodlust and it immediately went to the open field
The Spirit left Enigma with the killing while It harvests the souls of the slaughtered Mortals. With lightning-fast speed, It immediately cleared the area and went on its way to the other places where the minions have went
PART 2
Enigma arrived at the open field and a wave of spears intercepted its approach. Enigma unleashed a dark wave that cleared his path then it burst into the battlefield. Angels have no choice but to defend until all Mortals have evacuated. Enigma furiously charges in, slicing anything in its path including the undead angels. Enigma is closing into the Mortals then a g*n fired straight to Enigma and struck its head but it just passed through
Enigma looked where the bullet came from and it saw the man that the angels brought
"Finally a worthy prey" Enigma looks at it like it will devour the Mortal alive. The man stands firm like is was unthreatened.
"Mike don't be foolish you are going to die if you keep that up" shouted his fellow survivor
"We are all going to die if none of us has the guts to step up. Now go" Mike shouted
"But Mike" the other survivors drag the concerned one and left Mike
Enigma finally reaches the Mortal
With cold dead eyes powered by bloodlust, it stares at Mike while circling the Mortal
"You are such a worthy prey, I can't kill you immediately that wouldn't be fun right?" Enigma whispered
Mike fired his g*n but the bullets passed through Enigma once again
"Come on, shot me. You could do better than that" Enigma then lounges at Mike
Under the circumstances, Mike shows no signs of fear
"Aren't you afraid of me, aren't you afraid of death" Enigma whispers to Mike's ears
Mike tried slamming his g*n towards Enigma but it just passed through
"Aren't you getting tired, you must be exhausted by battling on your own" then a spear of light coming straight at Enigma but it was blocked
"Excused me for a while, if you want you could start running. I surely love a running prey" Enigma charges straight to the angel and slashed it in half
"See that Mortal fear me" Enigma turned and saw the Mortal is still at its place so it's head down
PART 3
"You Mike Sterling, you have proven worthy of my blessing," a voice said in his head
"Who are you?" Mike asked
"I am the Son of the Almighty Father. I am very well pleased of your actions, now I grant thee the power to cleanse one's sin" the voice said
Mike opened his eyes and reloads the gun
As Enigma approaches, Mike is finally loaded and ready to fire. At point-blank range, Mike aimed at Enigma's chest. Enigma unthreatened it moves closer. Mike pulled the trigger and the bullet pierced through Enigma and light shined in Enigma's gunshot
"How is it even possible" Enigma disintegrates and the sword shatters as it is lifted by light and a voice said
"Mike take the Fragment of Light. You still have a long journey against you" a voice said
Mike grabs the fragment, the fragment then attaches itself to Mike's g*n. The g*n transformed into a cool looking Rifle that can transform into light
"Whoa! This is pretty amazing. Ohh wait I almost forgot my friends" Mike seems amazed as he looks at his rifle
Mike immediately run in search of his fellow survivors
PART 4
With lightning-fast speed, the Spirit traveled to the different parts of the world thinking that the Mortals are all dead but instead angels are there protecting the Mortals. Only a few souls were there in each area
The Spirit was pissed. With its anger, it charges straight to the angels. The Spirit slew the angels one by one and it seems their allies don't notice it yet. The angels' numbers dropped significantly then an angel saw the Spirit slaying his comrade.
"Shh!" The Spirit holds shut its mouth shut then twists its neck. A barrage of light spears are heading towards the Spirit
"Looks like the angels finally noticed me" the Spirit concealed itself in the shadows
The angels tried finding it but they didn't even find a single clue where on earth it hid.
The Spirit went on its way to harvest the remaining souls and tried once more assassinating the angels
After some time the Spirit felt a strange sensation. It feels like its power is getting stronger. Then a form somehow takes shape looks like it is having its own body
"I am going to test my new powers" the Spirit is tingling with excitement. It revealed itself to the group of angels he left earlier
"Hi there, miss me?" the Spirit immediately took down one.
"I want more" the Spirit then glared at them
The angels seem to be petrified by its glance. The Spirit strike them one by one until none of them is breathing. It seems it is enjoying killing the angels
"Time to find more" the Spirit scouted the entire place in search for more potential victims
PART 5
Mike hurried to search for his fellow survivors. At a building near the school, he noticed someone peeked out. He went to have a closer look and out of nowhere a man lounge over him knock him down. Mike immediately aim his g*n but he saw a man on top of him
"Don't shoot don't shoot" the man immediately helped Mike up
"Oh, I am sorry I thought you are one of the undead. Who are you by the way?" Mike asked
"I am Agha Santos and you," the man said
"I am Mike, Mike Sterling" and they shook hands
"By the way, Agha did you saw some survivors running towards this area not long ago?" Mike asked
"Sorry but I haven't I am focusing on protecting my daughter" Agha replied
"Well then I must leave, I still need to find my friends," Mark said as he walks away
"I'll join you" Agha insisted
"Okay then I would really love some company with me" the three went on there in search of Mike's friends
After some time a scream was heard not far from their current location. The three immediately followed the scream
"Wait let's first check what's happening" Agha takes a look and saw the undead approaches a group of survivors
Mike takes a look then immediately fired his gun
"Agha those are my friends," Mike said
"Stay here, Papa will help them, okay I'll be back" Mike and Agha rushed towards the undead
Mike fired his g*n slaying the undead while Ahga helped the survivors escape
The battle was over but some of Mike's friends died in the process
The group move along and find a safer place to rest. The group entered a two-story building with a terrace.
"We should all take a rest. We are all exhausted today" Alexa said
Some took a shower and the others lie in bed
"Uhh, Mike where did you got that g*n? How does it kill the undead with one shot?" Agha curiously asked
"Believe me or not I heard a voice that said I am worthy of such power. I even slew an unstoppable monster earlier using this g*n. After killing the monster a light lifts the monster sword then the voice said to me get that fragment then my rifle shined with white light" Mike replied
"Oh is that so, I wish I had something like that. We are almost killed back there in the church a dark spirit blew off the roof and the undead entered the holy grounds like it was nothing. My daughter and I are the only survivors" Agha said then he makes a fist
"I wish I had a weapon like that" Agha said followed by a long sigh
"And why do you want such a weapon?" Mike asked
"I will use it against the undead. To protect my daughter of course" Agha answered with a huge smile
Agha's eyes seem to contradicts his face
