"Agha" a woman shouted as she is being eaten alive
"Mira" Ahga shouted as he tried reaching Mira's hand
The undead saw Agha. Agha immediately hides her daughter underneath a huge concrete. The undead chases after Agha. In a tight corner, Agha can pass through and he immediately went back to pick up his daughter. He slowly walks from one hiding stop to another to avoid being seen. He successfully grabbed her daughter but he saw her wife's remains. He hid once again his daughter to have a last look at his wife
"Mira I am sorry, I was not able to save you I wish I was strong enough" Ahga embraced Mira's remains, tears started to pour out from Agha's eyes
"God if you can hear me bring back my wife. I did my best not to sin I even donated to numerous charities and helped the church. If you are truly real then bring back Mira" Ahga shouted
His voice was heard from a distance and it attracted the undead towards their location. The undead angels flew above them and begins to strike one by one. Agha started running and went back to that tight c***k and secluded himself until the undead stopped trying. The undead left and Agha made his move to get his daughter and escape.
He heard a scream
"Shia" he quickly runs towards Shia's hiding spot and there he saw his daughter being devoured by the undead then something went down from his back. He takes a look and an undead lounge at him
"Papa! Papa" Shia waking up Agha
Agha breaths heavily and he hugged Shia
"Papa are you okay?" Shia seems worried
Ahha finally calms down
"I am okay Shia Papa just had a bad dream that's all," Agha said with a fake smile
Then someone knocked on the door
"Hey are you awake dinner is ready," a voice said coming outside the room
"Just a sec" Agha replied
"Come on baby let's eat" Agha gives Shia a piggyback ride and went down
"Ohh you look gloomy tonight what's the catch?" Mike asked
"Nothing Mike just had a bad dream that's all" Agha seems worried
"Well you go ahead I still need to call the rest by the way if you are done we will be the one taking the night guard duties if that's okay with you?" Mike informed
"Uhm okay," Agha said
"Good to hear. Well then I must go" Mike said as he went on his way
They separated ways Agha and Shia headed down to the dining area after a while the rest of the group arrived.
As soon as Mike is finished eating he immediately stood up
"Agha I need to replace the guards so they can eat and rest. Hurry upstairs if you are done there okay" Mike said
Agha nods his head as a sign of approval
"Tell us Ahga how did you manage to escape the undead," a survivor asked
"Well we used holy water from the church and spill it towards the undead it seems they are getting burned but they don't die and there is the shadow that can talk, I think it is the one that blew off the church's roof. It is highly skilled and powerful but a bit cocky that's why we manage to escape and what about you guys how did you manage to escape?" Agha said
"Well, Mike and the others are great with guns. Without them, we will not be alive by now especially you and Mike you rescued us earlier" a survivor said
"And I survived because the angels saw me running they immediately brought me to that open field. I was one of the first people brought there" Alexa said
"Are you full now Shia?" Agha asked
Shia nod as she drinks
"Stay here with them Shia and be a good girl Papa will guard now okay," Agha said
Agha waved goodbye and went upstairs
As Agha walked upstairs the steps creeks. Agha opened the door
"Oh it's you" Mike point out the gun
"What's up with you pointing your g*n at me" Ahga seems grumpy
"It's better to be prepared," Mike said as he throws the g*n at Agha
"Fire in case you need it but don't shoot if there is nothing to worry about. It might show our location to the undead and we don't want that to happen" Mike advised
Both of them picked a designated place to hide and begun watching
"Hey see those?" Agha whispered
"Yeah, just stay hidden so it won't come here" Mike answered
The two become more vigilant and focused on that group of undead
Then a glass break. The undead heard it and quickly flew towards them
"Agha go check the others I will hold them," Mike said
Agha hurried down and saw broken glass on the floor
"What happened," Agha asked
"Don't worry the glass only slipped" Alexa said
"Don't worry? Don't you know that the undead are heading this way" Ahga informed
"Help me" a lady shouted as she is pulled out from the window by the undead
Then the rest of the undead started entering
"Go upstairs now" Agha shouted
"Please take care of my daughter" Agha fires towards the entering undead
The gunshots woke up the resting guards and they immediately grabbed their equipment and responded
"Where's the gunshot coming from," they asked from the other survivors
"Go help Agha downstairs he is battling alone the undead alone," Alexa said
The guards quickly went down as soon as they get there they fired at once
Agha looked back and saw his fellow survivors helping him
"Hurry" one of the men shouted as he signals Ahga to come over there
Agha runs towards them while the others cover for him. They made a defensive line on the top of the staircase and fire alternately the approaching undead. With this strategy, the others are given time to reload.
The undead keeps on coming like there is no end maybe the gunshots attracted more of them
"I am almost out of ammo"
"Me too," the gunners said
"Hey does this damages them" one of the men showed a grenade
"We won't know unless we try" one of the men grabbed the grenade, pulled the pin, and threw it towards the undead. It exploded and the undead are blown into pieces but another wave enters the room
"Oh no" the men seem startled
They run upstairs and barricade themselves together with the other survivors
"Thank God you are alive," a gunner said
The undead started ramming the door until it breaks. The undead entered on by one but the men slam their g*n towards the undead
"You guys go ahead we will hold them for a while we will catch up to you"
"Yeah you to Ahga join them your daughter needs you," the gunners said
"But how about you," Agha asked
"Don't worry we will get out of this now go" they pushed away Agha
"I am sorry guys," Agha said
Agha went on and the others went on their way and they made a far distance
"I think this is enough"
"Agreed," the gunners said
The two men let go of the door and let the undead come in. The room was easily filled with undead and it stared at the two like it is ready to eat them. One of the men pulled the pin of the grenade and run towards the entrance
"Find Mike and explain to him what happened" the man exploded together with the undead in the doorway.
The remaining man went directly to the terrace thinking Mike would be there and he is correct.
"Mike the others left the building and John died protecting us. We must hurry to catch up to them" the gunner said
Mike turned his back and left his station
"Let's move," Mike said
Both of them left
"Hey Mike why is it the terrace seems nothing happened compared to downstairs," the gunners asked
"Long story men but first we must find them," Mike said
"Okay, but do you still have bullets for this," the gunner asked as he shows his gun
"Here take it" Mike handed over the bullets. The man finally reloaded and is ready to fire
"Whatever might happen leave the shooting to me to avoid making noise" Mike ordered
Then a gunshot was heard not far from them
"Agha" they seemed startled and hurried to the location of the gunshot
Mike fired his g*n and killed the undead but it was too late Shia is already dead. Agha run towards his daughter
"No no Shia wake up Papa is here wake up" Agha cried but Shia is gone
"God, why are you so cruel. Why did you take my daughter as well you should have taken me instead"
"Curse you, God"
"I just want to protect my daughter" Agha shouted
The guard holds Agha and tried to move him but Ahga shove him away
"Leave me alone there is no point for me to live," Agha said
"Come Agha" but still Ahga shove the guard away
"Why did you even have such a weapon and I don't have one. I needed it more than you do" Agha shouted at Mike
"Maybe God has other plans for you," Mike said
"God? If there is really a God why did my wife, now my daughter died? Screw Him" Agha said
"Remember the teaching that God made difficult times to strengthen one's faith," Mike said
"Faith I don't believe in Him no more unless he brings back what he has taken from me," Agha said
"Do you want to see your wife and daughter again?" The Spirit said inside his mind
"Yes, I want to see them again. I will do anything" Ahga shouted
"This is God just submit yourself to me and I shall give you what you desire," the Spirit said
"Okay take me I am yours" Ahga was fooled
Even if I am far away I was able to take his soul. His soul is totally dark full of pride and hate. I grew stronger as I consume his soul
"Now slain those Mortals" the Spirit ordered
"Okay Master" Agha answered in a lifeless tone
Agha struck the guard's chest and pierced through. The other survivors are petrified Agha then s*******r then one by one. Mike didn't manage to help them because he is busy dealing with the undead circling them
"Agha snapped out of it" Mike shouted but it was worthless Agha is too far gone
"You, why are you worthy of such power. I did my best not to sin, I donated in numerous charities and I even helped the church but God didn't even hear my prayers" Agha said in a demonic voice
"Mike Mike" a voice in Mike's head
"Ow it's you," Mike said
"You must leave now what is in front of you now is not your friend anymore he is now consumed by hatred and pride. You must leave him now" the voice said
Mike fires at Agha to distract him them he made a run for it.
"Sorry Agha I wasn't there to help you," Mike said as he runs away
