Taylor hugged Cassandra "it's okay, you'll be back to school soon."
Cassandra responded to her embrace; "but seriously who cares?"
"you don't?" pulling out surprised.
"hell no, I'm gonna have the best week ever, with you, Blondie." Taylor covers her red cheek with her hands.
"Cassandra!" Mr Augustine calls, opening the door, "you two getting along so well, so cute." Cassandra stands to leave but Taylor pulled her by the arm; "I'll drop by tomorrow, alright?" Cassandra promised.....
Taylor had followed Cassandra and her dad walked pass the stair case.
Mr Wintler held his daughter "it was fun having you guys over."
"fear my return Arnold, fear my return." Augustine says dramatically.
"your team sucks!" Mr Wintler discloses.
"don't be too confident." Augustine warns while leaving with Cassandra.
Cassandra and Mr Augustine walks home.
"why didn't you bring your car?"
"what do I need to do that for, we can just walk."
"tsee" Cassandra proudly looks away.
"don't you wanna take a walk with your old man?"
"yea, I'm scared he's gonn' break."
"I got all the strength, yea I'm stronger than Anthony Joshua .....I could call for a rematch with May weather......" Augustine boastingly says.
"MA said you fought with uncle Shawn and your pants were down (laughs wildly) you woke up in a hospital."
"why's your Ma gonn' tell you all these dirty stuffs 'bout me?"
"that ain't dirty pa, that's funny."
"but seriously Shawn's strong." Augustine being truthful.
"yea, a rematch with may weather and you gonn' land in the grave."

Augustine looks afar and sees the car; while they hurriedly walk to the house, they arrived, Augustine knocked on the side screen.
the woman whines down the glass "you looking good." she compliments.
"Alison?!" Augustine exclaims, while she steps down from the driver's seat.
"what are you going here?" Augustine bewildered.
Cassandra hugs her mom "now that's a good daughter and a bad husband."
throwing her gaze at Augustine as while he corrects.
"ex husband."
she opens the car boot revealing her belongings; Augustine opens the door with a key not paying attention to his daughter whom helps Alison with her bags, walking in; Alison nags "you won't help me with my bags?" "fine." Augustine says stepping back to help take her luggage's in the house.
Alison bags were packed in; Augustine had took her items to the guestroom.
Alison and Augustine in the room while Cassandra was ordered to hers.
"so you mind telling me why you visiting my house?"
"didn't you miss me?" Alison passionately asks.
Augustine shoves her hand from caressing his jaw romantically.
"that's not the question.."
Alison proudly states "I'm here because my daughter was suspended; it seems you don't even know how to wean a child."
"don't start with me." Augustine warns sternly.
"less than a week and she was suspended..... she must be going through a lot right now; I'm here to take her out of her misery."
Augustine gave a wild laughter "she's suspended for a week, mam....(he gave a mocking look) all this bags for a week; I knew you were corny."
"what ever Augustine, I'm here for my daughter." she defended folding her arm together.
Augustine added walking away "that girl ain't some empathetic s**t; she's got your blood and I'm guessing she has a lot planned for a week, and also I know you know that; you are here for something entirely different; woman!" he kept laughing as he walks out.
Alison; the ex wife of Augustine is the biological mother of Cassandra.
A slender good looking black woman, she posses a natural long dark hair, she's average height while her daughter's as tall as pa Augustine.
6 YEARS AGO:
"Alison; I'm tired." Augustine says in a weak tone; on the kitchen's table he dropped and envelope.
Alison stood close to the cooker placed her hand down for a moment then turns to Augustine "so you just gonn' throw away 13 years of our marriage?" she breaks down in tears.
"13 years of unhappiness is what I want to be freed of." a tear ran down his eyes his eyes could speak of his pain; tried wiping the tears off his face but couldn't control as more tears dropped.
Cassandra ran into the kitchen "Mom, I found a butterfly!" she got Into the kitchen, her dad walks away, she moved closer to her mother whom sat on the ground weeping.
Cassandra knelt down "what's wrong? why are you crying, mom?"
"Mom, please talk to me." Cassandra pleads.
PRESENT DAY:
Alison walks into the kitchen to get herself a meal.
Cassandra came in with a headphone.
"so, what's the plan?" Cassandra pulls her headphone, stood at a corner; her back resting on the wall.
"what plan ?" Alison blurted mouthful, concentrated on her meal.
"dad said you came visiting because you'd felt I'll be emotionally down; but I don't believe you came to sympathise with me." Alison angrily dropped her slice of bread on the plate.
"why y'all doubting the reason for my presence?"
Cassandra smirks "dad, doubting you?"
"I got nothing to say to you, woman!"
Alison took her leave with her cup of tea and plate of slice bread.
SATURDAY MORNING;
Alarm blaring,
Taylor switches it off, already dressed for welcoming her guest.
Her dad slowly opens the door "oh you are dressed!"
"I'm expecting a guest." she announces.
"so you are not coming to the store?"
"yeap, Cassandra's coming over, today dad!"
"have a nice day Taylor." in a disappointed tone.
"you too dad, don't be sad!"
"I would."
they chuckled and the door closes.
Taylor put her room in order; prepared a snack; awaiting the arrival of Cassandra.
The door bell chimes;
Taylor expectantly opens the door with a bright smile;
"some one's expecting me." Cassandra teases.
"come in"
Cassandra walks in "you want a snack?"
"what's for snacking?" as Cassandra sank herself to the couch.
"prawn crackers"
"not bad, bring 'em here!" she ordered.
A bowl of crackers were placed on the table before her.
"so what's first?"
Taylor reading a bucket list "we start with a conversation (joyfully) tell me all about yourself and I'll tell you mine.
" okay lets Begin, I'm Cassandra and I know you know ......"
they had a long conversation.
"you love baggie so much Taylor."
"I feel so comfortable on big clothes."
"have you ever tried skimpy?"
"It feels awkward."
"you some shy somebody!"
"why don't we take a walk let me show you grandma Theressa." Taylor trying to change the conversation.
"your grandma?"
"you could say that again, come on let's go!"
Taylor rings the doorbell; am old woman slowly rises to get the door, she opens the door and stretches her neck to recognise visitor.
"my child, come in." walking in she added "you brought a friend?"
"yes, grandma."
"would you love to have tea?" a weak voice asked.
"no granny that's my friend Cassandra." introducing Cassandra.
"Cassandra dear, would you love to have tea?"
"no granny, me fine." grandma Theressa adjusting her glasses.
grandma Theressa is the oldest in the street, she's welcoming and homely.
grandma Theressa has a puppy.
the dog ran towards Taylor happily, Taylor pats its back carefully.
"this is how you spend your Saturdays?"
"I spent most of it at MR&MRS grocery store." Taylor replies while Cassandra laughs.
The two girls walking home after having a gossip with grandma at her home.
"grandma you remember Williams I told you about?"
"I don't think I do, child."
"I don't think he likes me that much."
"oh so sorry."
Cassandra cuts in "grandma help advice the child to withdraw her feelings for that boy."
"what boy?" grandma inquired.
"Williams the arrogant kid." Cassandra says.
"it's true child; I think you should let yourself be loved."
"thank you." Cassandra agrees.
"grandma, it's a bit hard though." Taylor cries.
grandma Theressa reacts "learn to forget and you'll live longer, like me." she boasts.
"what were you talking about?" grandma requested.
grandma Theressa was very forgetful, she's a white retired nurse.
she's Taylor favourite neighbour, grandma Theressa was very fond of Taylor.
Taylor visits to chat with her even if grandma's forgetful.
