The buildings have received damage and many streets on Tokyo have different degrees of damage.

The whole city have evacuated to the police stations, goverment offices and the Tokyo Metropolitan Goverment Building.

- Emergency Bunker , Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building , Tokyo , Japan

Inside the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building there is a large emergency Bunker for the politicians, authoritative figures and powerful figures. The space is as large as a stadium.

Within the middle area of the Bunker there is a large hall made for Conferences. In the Conference Room, there is the current President, the State Ministers, the Military Higher Ups and the Rich and Authoritative Figures sitting together.

They have evacuated faster then the other states and countries because they were actually trying to start a meeting for the new year's agendas. They all feel fortunate and they have hired the members of the Underground and Red Light District to protect their safety and their Families safety from the so called mutants.

They are not really rushed, they are only worried about the population and they have the worst outcome in their economy. But the President is still calm, His children have received some blessings and attained elements as their powers making His reign and His ruling much more stronger.

They have tried their best to safe the Japanese but they are only capable to safe 43% of the current population. They are regretting their decisions of investing their money to the Space and Battery projects while they should have made more Emergency Bunkers in all cities.

They are all currently hearing from the Intelligence Bureau's report of the current situation inside and outside their Country.

" Respected Sirs and Ladies. The current conditions of Our beloved Country have been a total destruction of 68% of the infrastructure and energy sectors. The Residents are currently safe and sound thanks to the Military Forces and the Solar Panels as their source of energy. The Solar Panels can be used for energy efficiency since the Sun have produced more heat and hot energy then the past. We can safe more then 352 electric generators if We use the Solar Panels System as the main electricity supply and source. " the Spokesman stopped while He is watching the President's and the Powerful Figure's facial expressions about the Electricity problems.

The President have finished digesting this situation decided to compromise, " I remember on July the 15th the Minister of Agriculture have bought more then enough solar panels for the Farming and Technology plans right? We have ordered more then 20 thousand? I believe We can leave 10 thousand for Our buildings? " the President asked the others for their opinions and they all agreed.

The Spokesman and other secretaries writes down the President's orders carefully and the Spokesman looked at the President asking with His eyes, ' should I continue Sir? ' the President nodded and the Spokesman opened His tablet and connected His tablet to the Projector.

When He showed the pictures of 11 different people everyone is quite shocked. The background location and the power the 11 people showed are beyond Human might and comprehension.

" Who are these people? Siegfried tell Us more. " the President ordered and the other important figures aggressively agreed.

" Let Me please introduce each and every person on the list within the slide. " the Spokesman named Siegfried said calmly but fear is in the depth of His eyes and the President and other powerful experienced figures can see the expression deep in side Siegfried's eyes.

The President nodded after seeing this situation.

He is an orphan, with a younger brother in the Chinese Army. He was working as a normal firefighter before the Apocalypse could happen. He is capable with the Light Element.

Then Amelia Kuznetsov, age 14 years old. From the Russians, a trained Swimmer earning A Silver medal in the last Olympics . The powers She hold is capable of killing 25 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. She is ranked 10th in the list. She is raised by a Single Mother who is currently serving within the Russian Government as a Vice Minister's Secretary. Her Mother is the Niece of the Current Minister of Education. Amelia is capable of Water and Wind Element.

Then Kim Seok-Yu, age 31 years old. From the Koreans, a retired Navy. He holds the power to kill 30 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. He is ranked 9th in the list. He is a father of two daughters, He is married with a rank 2 Senior General's Eldest Daughter in the Air Force Army. He is currently working in His own Logistic Company. He is capable of the Darkness Element.

There is also Agnes Yu, age 29 years old. From Our Japan, She is a Graduate Student and is working in the Japanese Textile Industry. She is currently the fiancee of the current Vice General of the Air Force. She is capable of killing 35 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. She is ranked 8th in the list. She is capable of the Earth and Sand Element.

The 7th in the list is a Hacker going by code name Liam Ferdman. A British Artist Professor. Estimated age 44 years old. He is married with two sons, both of them working for the British Police Forces as a Hacker and a Deputy Chief Detective. He is capable of killing 40-45 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. He is capable of the Lightning Element.

The 6th is the Lionardo Martin Luther, age 24 years old. A High School teacher, He is Spanish. He is currently unmarried, He have inherited His Mother's Chain Hotel Business. He is capable to kill 50-55 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. He is capable of the Ice Element.

The 5th is Frank Wilson, an American. He is currently 32 years old, He works as a Judge in the State. He is single with His deceased Elder Sister's Son taking care of Him as His own. He is capable of killing 60 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. He is capable of the Fire and Darkness Element.

The 4th is Janice Smith, age 17 years old. Working as a Child Actress in Canada. Capable of killing 80 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. She is capable of Ice and Plant Element. " the Spokesman named Siegfried said with respect on His face. Seeing the list of powerful people the President and other Authoritative Figures paled with worry in their eyes.

" The Sirs and Ladies don't really need to worry. There is only three people that is worth worrying for. They are the worst monsters that could ever exist. " Siegfried said with a pale face.

" The Third, the least We should worry from the three but the top 3 in the world. Morgan Ned, age 31 years old. With a power comparable to fight more then 300 B Rank Mutants and 300 B Rank Beasts and Plants all at once. Capable of releasing Fire and Earth Element. Located last in the Laos Lands.

The Second, is Maulida Lambert. Age 24 years old. With a power capable to fight more then 550 B Rank Mutants and 550 B Rank Beasts and Plants all at once. Capable of Darkness and Ice Element. Located last in the Canada Area.

The First, Anthony Estrada Vargas. Age 22 years old. His Capability is to fight more then 850 B Rank Mutants and 850 B Rank Beasts and Plants all at once. - Flashback

The sound of squeaking is heard from the small wooden old house's wooden window sills. The sun is still high on the sky and hotly burning the small wooden old house's rooftop and the small wooden old house's grounds. Three house empty, old and abandoned from the small wooden old house, there is a black sports car hiding behind the disorderedly growing wild trees with Anthony inside holding and cleaning His guns. After checking that there is no anomalies around His position and His target's house. He slowly gets out from His sportscar and sneaked to the old moldy fences protecting the small wooden old house.

Anthony creeped up the fence and saw many foliage and dying bushes, Anthony stepped skillfully on the disorder stone pathway. And Anthony walked slowly to the more thicker bushes, Anthony squats behind the thick bushes and took out some infrared camera to mark His proves and evidence.

After taking a few pictures, Anthony pulls out a camera roll and tried to check how many bodies and people is inside the house.

The Police Forces and FBI have tried to collect the truths and tried answering is it a couple or a person that have been reeling fear to the citizens in Denver. Many teams have checked and said that its a couple since there is always two fingerprints and two blood direction in every crime scene. They tried to match it if there is a possibility for the culprit or culprits are ambidextrous but this was ruled out by the Police Forces and FBI since they have old reports that is similar with this case, with culprits being capable as ambidextrous people, but the statistics shows this kind of culprits never make a crime scene with both of their hands.

And this makes the Red Couple Chainsaw untouchable since the truth is the culprit is a single man, whom is ambidextrous and have stitched another finger belonging to a dead man unregistered within the citizens data neither the criminal data beside His left index finger. Making the police confused, and unable to extract further information from the real culprit.

But Anthony is lucky, He knows this case because He was actually the one that tried every thing to find this culprit but the informant mistook Anthony and the friend that betrayed Anthony in the future Nate. Making Nate collect a single tip from this house a man that almost died on the Red Couple Chainsaw's operating table, but that should have happened 2 days from today after the culprit left leaving the victim dying and right now the Red Couple Chainsaw must just have started. Now Anthony will show His advantages and He must make many friends inside the police system before the Apocalypse. Especially the ones in the Los Angeles Branch.

After checking and making sure that there is only two people inside the small old house, the Red Couple Chainsaw and the victim Ben Ramos. Anthony moved His position to an old tree trunk that can see clearly the side window of the small old house

When there is a sound of flowing water followed by a hoarse sound " Ckck the police won't capture Me after this many crimes I did ckck useless! Ptui! " the hoarse sound mocked after washing His hands. The figure that can be seen from the side window shows the culprit is actually a normal looking middle aged man! With ash brown hair and normal face that no one could recognize even in the streets even when someone shouted about His crimes.

In the bedroom, there is a man lying on the bed with His limbs strapped in leather and His mouth stuffed with fabric to prevent noise. The room is only placed a bed and a set of wooden table and chair. The man is lying in the bed with pale face and light brown hair.

The floor and walls are painted white, fabrics are disorderly scattered on the floor. The room is filled with the smell of wood and medical disinfectant. In the room there is medical equipments and machines.

The room is dimly lit only having some light from the turned on medical machines. There is only the sound of the IV Drip inside the room.

- Hallway , Small Old House , Denver , USA

The hour trickled, and suddenly outside the room in the hallway there is sounds of creaking and footsteps. The footsteps stopped in front of the door to the bedroom.

The man is plain in terms of face, wearing a sweater with fading colors and jeans with fading colors too. The clothes looked heavy and the edges creased. The man's face are dotted with fine sweat but His eyes shows His craze over situation and His ragged breath.

His hands trembled as He reached out to the door knob, hesitation comes over Him. Finally He breathed in and out before opening the door. He opened the door and stepped carefully avoiding the scattered fabrics.

- Bedroom , Small Old House , Denver , USA

The plain man just walked to the bedside and take the IV Drip slowly trailing His hands until it reached to the side that is attached to the Man's hands that's lying on the bed.

The plain man slowly detached the side that's deep on the Man's hands. When it is fully detached, the Man lying on the bed suddenly awoke.

The man's expression is frightened and struggled fiercely, sensing someone beside Him, He shouted and shouted but what comes out is only incoherent sounds.

Finally the plain man stuttered " Uu-um Pl-Please don't shout! I will help U-undo the straps. Please don't move so much. "

The man on the bed finally stopped struggling, and the plain man hurriedly opened the leather straps and stuffed fabrics on the man's mouth. After the man is finally released, He hurriedly stand up and hold the plain man's shoulders asking " Sir, whe-where is this place?! What happened!? "

" Please calm down Sir! This is the Red Couple Chainsaw's hide out. We must escape from this place as soon as possible right now! " the plain man said hurriedly while holding the man's hands.

" Wh-What!?! The Red Couple Chainsaw's hide out?! Whe-where do we go? What's Your name Sir? " the man asked panicked and frightened. " My name is Hugo, the only place we can go to is the Kitchen Pantry where there is a backdoor and we can head out to the back of the house. " Hugo answered.

The man answered " My name is Ben. Ben Ramos, let's go then...! "

- Hallway , Small Old House , Denver , USA

There is a creaking sound at every step both Ben and Hugo takes. With Hugo at the forefront, they headed to the kitchen. Hugo and Ben both having batted breath from the walk and hot weather.

Behind them, Anthony in a black tshirt and black jeggings with a black backpack on His back and two glocks on His belt followed closely. Anthony slowly headed to the bedroom and opened His black backpack to take the tools for searching the fingerprints.

First the door knobs, the bedsides and the machines that's inside the bedroom. From those items alone, Anthony discovered more then 23 fingerprints. When He take pictures of the room from different angles, He fou d something odd from below the scattered fabric after taking a close photoshoot, He lifted the fabric and what He saw is handprints with blood.

Anthony hurriedly photographed the scene and take a few cotton buds and applied some chemical substances to the cotton bud before swiping them on the different blood handprints.

He kept them safe inside the black backpack, before hurriedly getting out from the room and running to the kitchen.

- Kitchen , Small Old House , Denver , USA

In the kitchen, Hugo said " The pantry key is hidden inside the kitchen. I accidentally saw the Misstress of the Red Couple Chainsaw placing it inside the kitchen. "

Ben can only nod and search for the key. The kitchen is disgusting and dusty.

The cupboards, the drawers, the fridge. There is no fresh food only rotten food contained, some cans of sardines and some frozen fruits.

The sink is full of dirty and disgusting plates.

" Why are You here Mr. Hugo? Care to tell? " Ben said, while Hugo trembled and Anthony that have just arrived hurriedly opened His black backpack and reached to the recorder.

" It's quite a long story, I'm a Illegal Immigrant someone who don't have any data's in the country's database. I was supposed to only stay here for a few months, but I met a girl. My Soulmate... " Hugo started, and His eyes were shining like stars with love.

" Since I fell in love, We lived together for the two first months. I became a father in the third month, I was going to extend My work and search for more money to marry Her rightfully in Denver... but humans can plan God can make a different plan... " Hugo's tone sounds sorrowful and grief permeated the kitchen.

" I-Im sorry if You don't want to tell more I understand it... " Ben cautiously and guiltyly said. While Hugo just answered " It's fine, I'm just sad for a while. We must get out from this place, My Son is waiting for Me! "

" My twin daughters is also waiting for My homecoming in Chicago. I never thought My business trip will go awfully wrong like this experience. " Ben also answered.

" Ok, We need to try Our best then! " Hugo said while searching again and again. After a few moments Ben finally found a key strapped to the back of the fridge.

" I found it! " Ben screamed excited and nervous. While Hugo hurriedly pulled Ben to the Pantry's side where a wooden door is locked there.

" Click " when the door opened, Ben and Anthony was shocked by the things inside...

While Anthony can contain the urge to faint and puke, Ben can't do so.

Ben puked a lot of His stomach entrails. While Hugo just smiled and said " Thanks to You, Mr. Hugo I can find the key to My beautiful room! Please enjoy the treatment here. This is My Happy Room! " Hugo said while His breathing became hurried as He see what's inside.

" Mr. Hugo this is My name card please let's stay in contact for the future! " Ben handed out a creased name card.

" Thank You, will you be there for My trial with the Red Couple Chainsaw's? I want to sue them for the death of My soon to be wife and My poor son who lost His Mother before He can see clearly!!! " Hugo said with crazy anger and sadness. While Ben can only nod and answer " Of course, please don't worry! "

The room is coated in white paint, with white ceramics as the flooring. There is two big lighting bulbs on the ceiling.

On the left side is freezers with glasses where You can see what's inside, inside there is many humans some dried and some still dripping fresh blood. The age ranging from 13 years old to 45 years old. With cuts and traces of Chainsaw's cutting their bodies.

On the right side is a big cupboard with many jars, big and small. While there is the organs, limbs and innards of humans...

" Be proud Mr. Ben, for You can see the they are My Trophies!!! " Hugo said full of fervor and fanaticism to Hugo who is still puking...

In the middle of the room is a operating table with green bedding. There is medical equipment on the left of the bed while on the right there is medical tools.

The room's floor is completely littered with some blood and some unknown yellow substances.

Ben who have finished His puking, hurriedly tried to run only to be tackled by Hugo and Ben fall then He screamed " You damn bastard! How could You trap Me!!! I-I must go to My daughter!! Pleaseee please don't kill Me!! "

" Don't worry after You, they will be My next victims... Yummm I never do it to twins!!! Hyayayayyaa!! hahahaa! " Hugo said with a twisted smile and craziness in His eyes.

Ben can only slowly move back and when Hugo looked up, Ben hurriedly stands up and reached out to the door only to be catched again by Hugo in His arms...

" Sweet Ben! I know You are Ben Ramos from the FP Company. You hold a manager position in that company and You are having an affair with Your supervisor's secretary. Your children are Jennifer and Melanie. They are both 7 year old now. Their Mother died because of a car accident and Your affair was the main culprit! " Hugo shrieked and Ben can only be shocked with a pale facial expression.

" Whe-where?! Ho-How?!? Do You know those?! This is insane! " Ben shouted with His hands on His hair not believing His current conditions.

While Ben and the so called Hugo is on a deadlock, Anthony who is still behind the kitchen walls have moved closer to their location and set up a recording device behind the door.

The moment the man called Hugo walked away from Ben and laughed about Ben's past , Anthony hurriedly sprinted to protect Ben. Ben whose mind have been over turned with positive and negative news since the accident that lead Him here to the Red Couple Chainsaw's hide out, freaked out from being touch by Anthony.

But when He saw Anthony's gear up, He unhesitatingly throwed Himself behind Anthony. Anthony just smile and said " The Red Couple Chainsaw! Mr. Keane Maloney You are under arrest from killing more than 50 victims and more unidentified victims! You have the rights to stay silent and Your words will be used against You in the Court! "

The man with the persona Hugo turned His head and His face paled with the mention of His real name. The terrified Ben is more shocked because the name that's being mention by Anthony is one of the victims from the same accident with His deceased wife. The so called only survivor and the one that is being hunted by the police forces as a suspect for the accident.

Keane froze then He smiled with relieve and said something unexpected, " I'm sure You are a great police officer to understand My left behind clues! I'm honored to die on Your hands. May I know Your name Sir? "

" Hey! There will never be a nice release like a quick death! You must uncover who and what kind of organization that have killed My Wife and the others inside that Bus! " Ben who have been shocked before hand have sobered up and uttered His grievances, Ben cried while pointing and cursing against Keane remembering His deceased wife...

" Stop it! The both of You will definitely reach the police station with safety! My name is Anthony, the Captain of the Special Forces squad 2 from Denver. I have My people in the organization that acted against the bus that Mr. Keane and Mr. Ben's deceased wife. The informant is finally capable to access the necessary information. Inside the black sports car, Anthony sits in the driver's seat. And Ben sits beside Anthony with Keane sitting behind the both of them.

The road is becoming increasingly familiar to Anthony's memory, the road that heads to His old office where He fight and tries His best with His comrades and friends.

Passing the roads, His memories resurfaced when He first graduated from the Police Academy heading to the small branch office in the outer area of Denver.

Then He slowly makes friends, making bestfriends, and a big brotherhood. The experiences and events of His life is replaying in His mind over and over again. When it's much more closer to the police station, His memories of His torture in the hands of His friends, family, lover and brother makes Him grip the steering wheel harder than ever.

- Meeting Room , Police Station , Denver , USA

The meeting room is filled with many high rankings of the Police Forces. From the Sergeants to the Head of the Police Forces Branch in Denver, USA.

The slideshow in the middle of the meeting room is showing Anthony's experiences and the state of the victims. The culprit named Keane Maloney is currently not imprisoned yet, because of His cooperation with the police forces to arrest the organization that leads the Bus 81's bombing that have viciously victimized more then 40 people.

" Captain Anthony, I believe the report You show us is a real work and You don't need to worry about the merits that will be allocated to You. The Special Forces Chief position in Los Angeles is empty since the last leader have resigned from His position. That position will definitely be Yours after this two cases are finished. " the highest ranking in the room talked to Anthony who is still calmly accepting His promotion. The other higher ups have approving expression seeing Anthony's achievement and character.

" Yes Sir! I am ready for the relocation! " Anthony answered while standing up straight and respectfully bowing to the man speaking in the first foremost seat.

" Respected Sir's We must fight for the victims and their families that have grieved. Let us fight with this irresponsible and irrational organization. This mission is named The 81's Tracking. The one who will be leading is Me as the Denver's Police Officers Head Chief. And this will be assisted with The Special Forces Two Brigades and The Police Officers from the Denver Branches. Beside the Highway there is many police cars and police forces. They have finally found the lead from the informant that is working with Anthony. They found out behind the 77 Highway there is a big fortress with the thick forest hiding it.

There is more than 100 people from the heat waves detector machine. The police forces have decided to take every man they could and all of the police's ads up to more then 130 people.

Anthony leading 20 people and the other higher ups leading the rest. Anthony's achievements have spread to the other police forces ears and He is now like a big source of fire attracting moths to the flame.

His influence rising, His teammates some being jealous and some being happy for Him.

The police forces being fully armed and ready to break in and close the net with Keane's appearance in TV, mentioning their organization that will definitely lead them to move out from their current hide out behind the 77 Highway's mountain and forests. The higher ups in the police forces have placed their hopes and their people's on the Vice Chief of the Denver Main Chief, the Police Forces Veteran Vice Chief and Anthony to lead the more then 130 people.
