Chapter 23

- Conference Room , Bunker , White House Building , USA

- Flashback

Inside the Room, there is a big round table in the middle while many screens are shown on the table. On the screens there can be seen a Korean, a Japanese and a Chinese man in three separate screens.

" Mr Anthony. " everyone on the screen greeted and stands up to bow to the powerful young man. The President can only helplessly stand behind Anthony. " Respected Sirs, Please all have a seat. Sir also. " Anthony nodded to three people on the screen and thoughtfully reached out His hands to point for His State President.

The four of them have been seated and Anthony asked them " Is it all ready? "

" Our part have finished the transaction. " the Japanese and Chinese said through the screen, while the Korean's facial expression is anxious.

Seeing the Korean's Man's facial expressions the other three people except for Anthony lit a candle for Him and the room descended in to a silence.

" What's the matter with the Korean's? " Anthony's authoritative voice sounded on the silent conference room.

" There is a small trouble. The Hēi'àn Group have agreed but there is a small scar on the Hēi'àn Group's Young Lady. So Our Korean Goverment have thought what should We do? " the Korean Man stuttered infront of Anthony.

Anthony just calmly touched His chin, He told Himself inside ' So it's truly Her? The blood red raksha? Hehe this is a fun marriage! '

Seeing Anthony's thoughtful looks, the other three thinks ' He is young, powerful will He accept a defective product? '

Anthony happily smiled seeing the other's expression. " I am certainly fine with the Lady. Don't worry it's just a simple marriage. I have three ladies at Home and another two from the Chinese and Koreans. " Anthony said with a confident expression. The other four can't read His real expression and feelings.

Then Anthony pressed them for them to send those people He asked over and over again before the Chinese President asked with mocking expressions " What exactly happened inside the White House Building? " The other two stayed silent but they are having a great expression about the State's current state.

The President just happily smiled and said

" Well it's all ok, We have Sir Anthony and other unpolished gems. I heard the Chinese Historical Places was bombarded by home terrorists? The Japanese have their goverment offices blown with bandits? Only the Koreans have their ancient roots making their moves. " The President talked with a condescending voice.

But The President also talked about what happened in detail,

- Main Gate , White House Building , USA

Up on the White House Building there is a figure standing in Darkness particles, yes it is Anthony's figure...

" So this is the White House? " Anthony said with His head tilted and hands on His chin.

" It's quite white, but not really the same as the name implies? " Anthony stroked His phone with a aesthetic picture of the before hand White House Building.

' I should call those guys, and tell them I have arrived? Or should I just start the massacres? ' Anthony thought inside His head while frowning.

' I should just start I guess it will be better that way? Hmm I think let Me start from the West Gate? ' Anthony thinks again while He moved slowly to the West Gate...

Meanwhile on the West Gate, there is still a squadron of field agent fighting for their lives and their superiors lives.

- West Gate , White House Building , USA

A field agent within the West Gate suddenly screamed with fear looking at the scene before His own eyes. The strong mutants and beasts His weapons and the States weapons can't kill is being massacred by a man younger then Him and His comrades. Anthony who sensed the looks He is getting approached the squadron's are.

" I Have arrived. " Anthony said after landing on the grass beside the squadron's people. The Captain who have witnessed the scene hurriedly walked forward towards Anthony's front, He asked " Sir? May I Ask Who called You to reinforce the White House Building? " the Captain's face is very tight confused, while His mind is racing in millions of time thinking this might be a powerful enemy or a powerful friend.

Anthony who have understood His present powers just nodded to the Captain and take out His cellphone, with a move the Captain and His remaining squadron members took out their weapons and readied theirselves, while putting their guards up for what ever may come from Anthony.

When Anthony takes out His cellphone the Captain finally understands that it was not an ill intent but something that the young man in front of Him have interpreted so the Captain signaled everyone to move backwards slowly while Anthony is still calling the President's number. When the phone's second ring was heard the other side have finally picked it up and from the other end of the line can be heard a respectful response.

" Sir Anthony! Have You arrived? Hurry and search from the CCTV! Yes! Yes We can see Your presence on the West Gate Sir! " an excited voice can be heard as well as the hurried orders the Man give for His subordinates.

The Captain realizing it is the President's voice that comes through feels absurd but remembering the young man's powers earlier makes Him feel it's normal for the President to flatter and defend the young man's ego. The other soldiers in the squadron also feels that the attitude the President give is indeed not wrong reminiscing the scene before, they all shook their heads inside their minds thinking if they have those kind of powers they also will be someone nobody can touch anymore.

" My dear Sir! Have You met the Captain of the 7th Special Squadron? Let Me introduce Him to You, My Sir! " the voice excitedly talked but Anthony just nodded and the man on the other end of the line sees that with the other powerful people and authoritative figures inside the Bunker below the White House Building.

" This is Sir Aliyah, He was a veteran who served in Afghanistan and Pakistan for a decade. He is now in His retirement period. " the President introduces one of His many subordinates. The Captain walks to Anthony's front and Saluted like a younger and lower ranked officer would salute to a higher and more powerful ranked officer.

Anthony didn't salute back but He walked sideways so Aliyah's salute was not interpreted as what He meant to do. Anthony smiled and said " Please My Sir, I am way younger and You are my respected Senior. " hearing the young man respect Him so Aliyah feels relieved smiling on the outside but inside He is thinking

' what a cautious young man. He is more powerful then I am but He is much more cunning then His supposed age. He is marvelous for His age. ' Aliyah sighed " I am getting old. " He said with His hands touching His old forehead with His calloused hands.

" Please, Sir Anthony help Us to clear mutants and beasts. We will definitely pay satisfyingly. " the President on the phone mentioned again. Anthony smiled and tilted His head in front of the cctv, He said " I want the State to be a middleman between Me and a Group from the Koreans and Chinese each. The Hēi'àn Group and the JH Group. I want their loyalties. And a person from the Japanese, the Yuki' Heir. " Anthony have thought His request well about the two groups, they are good supporters for His rise to fame internationally and they have been there for decades.

" The State promises! Please hurry! " the President said but Anthony just smiled and shakes His head " at the end of the rescue I want them all. " The President just hesitated for a short while before He said " Yes. "

With a single word, Anthony left to the gates for entering the White House Building, in front of the gates He used His feet to open the door while He keeps His hands behind His back.

- Large Room , White House Building , USA

Inside the room the adult ladies and adult males have taken care of their children and family members food and toilet matters.

One of the boys who have been exhausted slowly approached the windows to look what is happening outside. Only to see the soldiers out side fighting with desperation seen on their eyes and facial expressions.

" Mother! Out-Outside!! " the boy's shout have awoken the other's senses and they all hurriedly walked to the windows and what they saw frightened them.

The highest ranking soldier that is designated to guard the room hurriedly ordered everyone " Everyone please step back from the window area! Now what We need to do is move to the middle are of the Whit House Building! "

With the order, everyone hurriedly packed their belongings and take their children and walked outside the room. But before they could walk to the middle area, they met with some mutants in the hallway area.

" Ahhhh! " one of the young ladies screamed before the soldier beside Her closed Her mouth , but it's far too late Her scream have already attracted the mutants to their area.

" Stupid! " a Lady beside the young girl scolded Her behavior. The soldiers hurriedly opened fire to the mutants way they opened a small area for the powerful people's family members to pass on first only to be shocked, when half of them have entered they hurriedly betrayed the others outside and closed the doors tight.

" What did You do?!? " the Captain shouted and shrieked those men out there is His comrades in arms, people He have fought with through life and death.

" You stupid i***t! This room can only hold a few people at most. Our rations is also only enought for less then 20 people! " one of the old ladies reminded and scolded but the Captain can only listlessly look at the closed door.

The Captain murmured " It's never mutants or beasts that scares Me. It's always been the Human Nature to leave all that is disposable and of no use to them. Then why should I protect You people?! " rage and hatred filled the Captain's eyes

The old lady just staggered backwards before the Captain who have taken out His gun to Her head.

" Stop! STOPPP! My Son will not let You go! " the old lady screamed on top of Her lungs attracting the mutants outside to head for the door to the room they are in side.

" Bang! " the sound of gun shot have permeated the air and the others have finally finished clamoring. The people left is all smart and people with schemes on their every steps.

- End of Flashback

- Right Now

In the Large Room all that is left is the scratching sounds of wood from outside the doors. Silence have permeated the Large Room, making all the people inside feels suffocated with the silence.

The people inside have no lighting's left except for the windows on the left side. The electricity have been turned off to save power and the food that is available is only a stockpile of baggett and there is a small pantry filled with sodas , juices and fruits.

The dead body have been thrown outside through the windows.

When the sounds outside the door is getting louder there is suddenly a silence outside the door. Hearing there is no sound outside, the Captain slowly takes His guns out.

When they heard a laughter from outside the door, everyone moved backwards slowly while they all covered the people they cared for everyone holds their breath carefully.

When there is suddenly a knock on the door.

The door was banged hard when the knock reached three counts. " Hello? Is there anyone inside? Am I coming for the wrong room? " Anthony shouted and murmured at the end of His sentence.

When He suddenly hears a breathing movement from inside the room. He picked up His cellphone and called the President.

When the phone is connected, He talked " Sir. The people inside won't let Me in. "

The President have fine sweat dotted on His forehead, He hurriedly talked " Sir Anthony please put the phone call in a loud speaker. "

Anthony followed and the President said some words " Captain Kohl, this is the President speaking. The code is Alpha Yankee Delta Victoria. "

Captain Kohl inside the Large Room finally trembled and breathed a sigh of relief. With a smile He shouted " Sir! Yes Sir! "

The President's son also shouted " Father! " with two streams of tears on His face. The President just excitedly echoed " Son! You are safe! "

Then Anthony opened the door with a smile and a bang interrupting the President's reunion with His son, with a tilted head He talked " You guys are safe now. Now let Us all go. Mr. President, don't forget about the State's promises. " Anthony coldly reminded. " Yes, I have them all prepared. Please hand the cell phone to My son? " the President answered and asked excitedly.

" Let us all go. Everyone follow quickly. " Anthony ordered while handing His cell phone and everyone followed His orders.

" Yes Sir! " everyone answered excited.

And the President reminded the people " Please take extra care to follow Mr. Anthony's words. "

After a few slashes and few minutes have passed, they have all finally reached the lower area of the White House and they have hurriedly walked to the Bunker.

- Bunker , White House Building , USA

Inside the Bunker, there is three large rooms. One for Conferences, one for Intelligence Purposes, and the last one is for a large Food Reserves that stretched below the White House Building with enough food to last for 3 years with a 400 population.

The President and other important and authoritative figures have waited inside the conference room for their family members.

When the doors have been opened revealing Anthony and a crowd of people behind Him, everyone within first saluted Anthony before meeting their family members in tears and fear.

The President and other important and authoritative figures was finally asked what exactly happened.

The President could only sigh and say " There is a sign from the satellite. There is signs of the Moon eroded and is showing signs of falling. To Earth... The current situation is the World having experienced Apocalypse with Mutants as the Living's enemies. There is Plants, Beasts and Humans. The particles that the Moon have shed have transformed few people in between to become powerful creatures. Like Sir Anthony who have saved You all. " Everyone in the Bunker looks at Anthony with reverence and respect.

" Sir. I am just doing what the State have paid for. Please let Me check the goods? " Anthony smiled then He cut the President's words seeing the situation the President only smile and said

" Please, this way. "

" Lead the Way. " Anthony nodded.

When the Korean, Japanese and Chinese Man finished listening to the State's President they feel fear from the stories. The Japanese Man reluctantly looked at the State' President and feel the Man is very lucky to have Anthony who is considered the top three on the whole world.

The Japanese Man said " Shall I tell You what happened in the Japan Mainland? " Anthony's interest is piqued by the offer and He speak something unexpected to the four others.

" Why don't the three Sirs tell everyone what is happening on their States? I believe it will all be useful for each of Us? " the others acknowledged His opinion.

" Let Me start first then. " the Japanese Man stated. The others nodded and

- Tokyo , Japan

The buildings have received damage and many streets on Tokyo have different degrees of damage.

The whole city have evacuated to the police stations, goverment offices and the Tokyo Metropolitan Goverment Building.

- Emergency Bunker , Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building , Tokyo , Japan

Inside the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building there is a large emergency Bunker for the politicians, authoritative figures and powerful figures. The space is as large as a stadium.

Within the middle area of the Bunker there is a large hall made for Conferences. In the Conference Room, there is the current President, the State Ministers, the Military Higher Ups and the Rich and Authoritative Figures sitting together.

They have evacuated faster then the other states and countries because they were actually trying to start a meeting for the new year's agendas. They all feel fortunate and they have hired the members of the Underground and Red Light District to protect their safety and their Families safety from the so called mutants.

They are not really rushed, they are only worried about the population and they have the worst outcome in their economy. But the President is still calm, His children have received some blessings and attained elements as their powers making His reign and His ruling much more stronger.

They have tried their best to safe the Japanese but they are only capable to safe 43% of the current population. They are regretting their decisions of investing their money to the Space and Battery projects while they should have made more Emergency Bunkers in all cities.

They are all currently hearing from the Intelligence Bureau's report of the current situation inside and outside their Country.

" Respected Sirs and Ladies. The current conditions of Our beloved Country have been a total destruction of 68% of the infrastructure and energy sectors. The Residents are currently safe and sound thanks to the Military Forces and the Solar Panels as their source of energy. The Solar Panels can be used for energy efficiency since the Sun have produced more heat and hot energy then the past. We can safe more then 352 electric generators if We use the Solar Panels System as the main electricity supply and source. " the Spokesman stopped while He is watching the President's and the Powerful Figure's facial expressions about the Electricity problems.

The President have finished digesting this situation decided to compromise, " I remember on July the 15th the Minister of Agriculture have bought more then enough solar panels for the Farming and Technology plans right? We have ordered more then 20 thousand? I believe We can leave 10 thousand for Our buildings? " the President asked the others for their opinions and they all agreed.

The Spokesman and other secretaries writes down the President's orders carefully and the Spokesman looked at the President asking with His eyes, ' should I continue Sir? ' the President nodded and the Spokesman opened His tablet and connected His tablet to the Projector.

When He showed the pictures of 11 different people everyone is quite shocked. The background location and the power the 11 people showed are beyond Human might and comprehension.

" Who are these people? Siegfried tell Us more. " the President ordered and the other important figures aggressively agreed.

" Let Me please introduce each and every person on the list within the slide. " the Spokesman named Siegfried said calmly but fear is in the depth of His eyes and the President and other powerful experienced figures can see the expression deep in side Siegfried's eyes.

The President nodded after seeing this situation.

" There is Chen WeiLi, age 26 years old. From China, Xiamen. The powers He hold is capable of killing 20 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. He is ranked last in the list. He is an orphan, with a younger brother in the Chinese Army. He was working as a normal firefighter before the Apocalypse could happen. He is capable with the Light Element.

Then Amelia Kuznetsov, age 14 years old. From the Russians, a trained Swimmer earning A Silver medal in the last Olympics . The powers She hold is capable of killing 25 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. She is ranked 10th in the list. She is raised by a Single Mother who is currently serving within the Russian Government as a Vice Minister's Secretary. Her Mother is the Niece of the Current Minister of Education. Amelia is capable of Water and Wind Element.

Then Kim Seok-Yu, age 31 years old. From the Koreans, a retired Navy. He holds the power to kill 30 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. He is ranked 9th in the list. He is a father of two daughters, He is married with a rank 2 Senior General's Eldest Daughter in the Air Force Army. He is currently working in His own Logistic Company. He is capable of the Darkness Element.

There is also Agnes Yu, age 29 years old. From Our Japan, She is a Graduate Student and is working in the Japanese Textile Industry. She is currently the fiancee of the current Vice General of the Air Force. She is capable of killing 35 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants at once. She is ranked 8th in the list. She is capable of the Earth and Sand Element.

The 7th in the list is a Hacker going by code name Liam Ferdman. A British Artist Professor. Estimated age 44 years old. He is married with two sons, both of them working for the British Police Forces as a Hacker and a Deputy Chief Detective. He is capable of killing 40-45 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. He is capable of the Lightning Element.

The 6th is the Lionardo Martin Luther, age 24 years old. A High School teacher, He is Spanish. He is currently unmarried, He have inherited His Mother's Chain Hotel Business. He is capable to kill 50-55 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. He is capable of the Ice Element.

The 5th is Frank Wilson, an American. He is currently 32 years old, He works as a Judge in the State. He is single with His deceased Elder Sister's Son taking care of Him as His own. He is capable of killing 60 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. He is capable of the Fire and Darkness Element.

The 4th is Janice Smith, age 17 years old. Working as a Child Actress in Canada. Capable of killing 80 B Ranked Mutants and Beasts or Plants in one move. She is capable of Ice and Plant Element. " the Spokesman named Siegfried said with respect on His face. Seeing the list of powerful people the President and other Authoritative Figures paled with worry in their eyes.

" The Sirs and Ladies don't really need to worry. There is only three people that is worth worrying for. They are the worst monsters that could ever exist. " Siegfried said with a pale face.

" The Third, the least We should worry from the three but the top 3 in the world. Morgan Ned, age 31 years old. With a power comparable to fight more then 300 B Rank Mutants and 300 B Rank Beasts and Plants all at once. Capable of releasing Fire and Earth Element. Located last in the Laos Lands.

The Second, is Maulida Lambert. Age 24 years old. With a power capable to fight more then 550 B Rank Mutants and 550 B Rank Beasts and Plants all at once. Capable of Darkness and Ice Element. Located last in the Canada Area.

The First, Anthony Estrada Vargas. Age 22 years old. His Capability is to fight more then 850 B Rank Mutants and 850 B Rank Beasts and Plants all at once. Capable of three elements, the Ice, Darkness and Lightning Element. Located last in the White House Building, United States of America. " the President and other powerful figures feels pressure and fear.

" That is all the Japan have been all about this whole time. Then We got the State's Call mentioning about You and Your requests. " the Japanese Man talked. And the others just nodded at His story. The story just told about what simply happened but the story didn't give anyone chances to dive deep.

" I am curious about Your findings in the meantime? What did exactly happened with the Red Couple Chainsaw's Case? " the State President asked curiously and skillfully maneuvered the conversation.

Anthony can only tell them what is exactly the case.

- Behind a small wooden old house, Denver, USA

- Flashback

The sound of squeaking is heard from the small wooden old house's wooden window sills. The sun is still high on the sky and hotly burning the small wooden old house's rooftop and the small wooden old house's grounds. Three house empty, old and abandoned from the small wooden old house, there is a black sports car hiding behind the disorderedly growing wild trees with Anthony inside holding and cleaning His guns. After checking that there is no anomalies around His position and His target's house. He slowly gets out from His sportscar and sneaked to the old moldy fences protecting the small wooden old house.

Anthony creeped up the fence and saw many foliage and dying bushes, Anthony stepped skillfully on the disorder stone pathway. And Anthony walked slowly to the more thicker bushes, Anthony squats behind the thick bushes and took out some infrared camera to mark His proves and evidence.

After taking a few pictures, Anthony pulls out a camera roll and tried to check how many bodies and people is inside the house.

The Police Forces and FBI have tried to collect the truths and tried answering is it a couple or a person that have been reeling fear to the citizens in Denver. Many teams have checked and said that its a couple since there is always two fingerprints and two blood direction in every crime scene. They tried to match it if there is a possibility for the culprit or culprits are ambidextrous but this was ruled out by the Police Forces and FBI since they have old reports that is similar with this case, with culprits being capable as ambidextrous people, but the statistics shows this kind of culprits never make a crime scene with both of their hands.

And this makes the Red Couple Chainsaw untouchable since the truth is the culprit is a single man, whom is ambidextrous and have stitched another finger belonging to a dead man unregistered within the citizens data neither the criminal data beside His left index finger. Making the police confused, and unable to extract further information from the real culprit.

But Anthony is lucky, He knows this case because He was actually the one that tried every thing to find this culprit but the informant mistook Anthony and the friend that betrayed Anthony in the future Nate. Making Nate collect a single tip from this house a man that almost died on the Red Couple Chainsaw's operating table, but that should have happened 2 days from today after the culprit left leaving the victim dying and right now the Red Couple Chainsaw must just have started. Now Anthony will show His advantages and He must make many friends inside the police system before the Apocalypse. Especially the ones in the Los Angeles Branch.

After checking and making sure that there is only two people inside the small old house, the Red Couple Chainsaw and the victim Ben Ramos. Anthony moved His position to an old tree trunk that can see clearly the side window of the small old house

When there is a sound of flowing water followed by a hoarse sound " Ckck the police won't capture Me after this many crimes I did ckck useless! Ptui! " the hoarse sound mocked after washing His hands. The figure that can be seen from the side window shows the culprit is actually a normal looking middle aged man! With ash brown hair and normal face that no one could recognize even in the streets even when someone shouted about His crimes.

- Bedroom , Small Old House , Denver , USA

In the bedroom, there is a man lying on the bed with His limbs strapped in leather and His mouth stuffed with fabric to prevent noise. The room is only placed a bed and a set of wooden table and chair. The man is lying in the bed with pale face and light brown hair.

The floor and walls are painted white, fabrics are disorderly scattered on the floor. The room is filled with the smell of wood and medical disinfectant. In the room there is medical equipments and machines.

The room is dimly lit only having some light from the turned on medical machines. There is only the sound of the IV Drip inside the room.

- Hallway , Small Old House , Denver , USA

The hour trickled, and suddenly outside the room in the hallway there is sounds of creaking and footsteps. The footsteps stopped in front of the door to the bedroom.

The man is plain in terms of face, wearing a sweater with fading colors and jeans with fading colors too. The clothes looked heavy and the edges creased. The man's face are dotted with fine sweat but His eyes shows His craze over situation and His ragged breath.

His hands trembled as He reached out to the door knob, hesitation comes over Him. Finally He breathed in and out before opening the door. He opened the door and stepped carefully avoiding the scattered fabrics.

- Bedroom , Small Old House , Denver , USA

The plain man just walked to the bedside and take the IV Drip slowly trailing His hands until it reached to the side that is attached to the Man's hands that's lying on the bed.

The plain man slowly detached the side that's deep on the Man's hands. When it is fully detached, the Man lying on the bed suddenly awoke.

The man's expression is frightened and struggled fiercely, sensing someone beside Him, He shouted and shouted but what comes out is only incoherent sounds.

Finally the plain man stuttered " Uu-um Pl-Please don't shout! I will help U-undo the straps. Please don't move so much. "

The man on the bed finally stopped struggling
