“You do remember that we had an agreement right? So I expect you to be up and already gone, I wonder what you are still doing in that bed” Becca said to Anthony who was still in bed, she was already dressed and was doing some light make up before she went to work, Becca was the type of a person that didn’t do make up, she only wore make up on a few occasions, and this was Monday she was on duty that day and had a lot of cases to handle so she always went to work early on Mondays as it was her norm and her duty

They both had a great night the previous night and Anthony was just not what she expected, she expected him to be a boredom, they always say that the extra handsome guys are a red flag and when she met Anthony on the dating app site, tinder to be precise, she got attracted to him by his looks, he had the latest model of a car as his profile and when he slid in her dm she was not interested at first until they exchanged photos and she immediately got attracted to him, not because he was one handsome guy she had met on tinder with good looking, but she just wanted to meet with him in person so she could see for herself, never had she invited a stranger in her house but for Anthony she did, she didn’t even know how it got there but great thing is that he was somehow trustworthy, he didn’t take off like the rest of the dudes do

Anthony wasn’t a male model but he should have been, the lush, mother lode-dark hair which he groomed so carefully had a ripping quality, a sign of his rude health, the aquiline nose he sported complemented his prominent cheekbones , he was handsome in an understated way, his well defined basalt jaw and Spartan shoulders spoke of strength, the bristly eyebrows, his dark brown eyes that shone so bright like the evening stars when they were a -light with joy , he was flamboyant of character and very adventurous, quick to c***k jokes or fire off a humorous retort, his sonorous rumbling deep voice that made Becca wanting to listen to him the whole damn time, his sense of fashion was also on another level, he wore nifty , ritzy clothes and his earthy scent swirled around him with his spicy aroma appealing he was one perfect man in everything

“Yeah I know I should be on my way to, I have to go to work but you got me glued on this bed like hell girl, you and I both know that we had a great night, I would love to have them nights again if you don’t mind” he said as he got out of the bed, he was just in his pair of boxer briefs, his abs were visible from where Rebecca was seated, she was secretly admiring them, it was true that Anthony was driving her crazy but she was not going to break her rules just for him, she knew what Jimmy did to her and it was unforgivable, she just wanted nothing to do with relationships, it was the last thing on her mind so she just had to practice patience and control of her body hormones, it was normal to fall for a handsome guy like Anthony, he had a great body, he was handsome, he was rich, he owned several companies in San Francisco and the latest car model but her question was why would he be single when he had everything that a woman would need and whatever he was doing on the dating site app was still a mystery that she was yet to solve. “And you are checking me out, it is making me uncomfortable here, you are tempting me to rip those clothes off you and take you right now” he said with a wink and he just shook her head, apart from the good things that Anthony possessed, he was also a pervert

“Whatever Mr. know-it-all, you should be on your way, I have to go to work, my partner is waiting for me, so chop, chop your clothes are the laundry room, and the coffee is ready, we have less than ten minutes, so hurry up and get your ass from my bed” Becca said and he chuckled, he loved the sassy side of her, at least that is what he was attracted to

“I love when you talk like that, you do know that we can just choose to stay indoors today and talk about ourselves, that is if you don’t mind, I underestimated you by the way you are a good woman, what do you think?’ he asked with a wink and Becca turned to look at him, he was also daring

“Well you and I both know that, that is not possible so why don’t you why do what I asked you to do or you can as well miss to take this coffee, it is not like it was a must for you to take so put on your clothes and leave, I have work to run to, I am not a manager like you so I have to work every damn day, hurry up” she said and stood up from the seat and headed out of the room, she went straight to the kitchen and to the coffee maker, she poured herself a half cup and went to the living room, it was around 7.30 and she still had like forty minutes before she was supposed to report to work, so she sat on the couch and turned on the TV

“I thought you had to go to work in ten minutes, you are watching?” Anthony asked as he walked down the stairs to the living room where Becca was seated, Becca lived in a four bed roomed house, she had the huge hose to herself but stayed in it alone, it was part of her father’s birthday present when she turned twenty two, immediately after college, it was probably the best gift her dad had ever gifted to her, and her brother gifted her a nice car on her 24th birthday, Becca was always the apple of her father’s eye, she would do anything just to see her happy and safe, after the fire incident that left a big blow to the family, Becca was always cautious and his papa and brother loved her to the grave, she was daddy’s favorite

“Yeah and the last I checked, this is my house, I was waiting for you to go so I can go to work, I am glad you are done, I can go to work anytime, so let it not worry you” she said and just then his phone rung and he excused himself to go answer the call

“ I need to get going, something happened it is urgent I need to go see, so I guess I will see you then?” he asked whilst raising his brows at her

“No Anthony, it was a onetime thing and that is it, no more meetings after here, thank you for coming though, I will see you out” Becca said and stood up from the couch and followed him outside, when they reached at the door, he grabbed her and planted a kiss on her lips

“Thank you for everything, I mean it, in case you need me, here is my card just give me a call, I will be waiting for your call’ he said and didn’t leave room for her to answer, he walked straight to his car, he winked at her, reversed the car and drove off the compound

“Hmm… don’t tell me that you are still staring at that guy, anyway I don’t blame you, he is more handsome in person than in the photos, I can’t blame you, I would fall for him in a second if give a chance I would dump Michael for him” Joanna said she walked to the man door where Becca was standing she was still staring at Anthony’s car that was long gone and out of sight

“Huh, and what are you doing here? I thought you are at work already?” Becca asked to avoid Anthony’s topic, she didn’t want to talk about him with Joanna and it was true she was not going to let go of the topic until she got what wanted to know

“Yeah I would have been at work if Michael didn’t take my car with him” she said as they got in the house ‘

“So I guess you are here for a ride? I knew it anyway coffee or tea?” she asked as she went to the kitchen

“Yeah I am here for the ride and no thank you I am fine I just had some nice breakfast in bed, we should get going, you know how the traffic jam is always long on this highway, so get your bag and let us get going, and don’t think I have forgotten about your new catch, you are going to tell me everything even if you trying to avoid the topic, come let us get going, we have case to work on remember?” she said and literally dragged her out of the house, Becca locked the door and followed Joanna to her car that was still in the driveway
