Serena takes her seat first the second row from the front, I take a deep breath walking to my seat, trying not to acknowledge the pissed off looks I'm getting from the other girls, but especially ignoring the glare from Luce. I take my seat, the bell for class hasn't rung yet, so I get my phone and headphones out, I hit the cruchyroll app, waiting for it to load, I unroll my earphones, 5 mins that's all the time I need to fill, before class will start. "Cassie!" Luce hisses, causing the girl in front of me to look. "Cassie!" He says more insistently. "Cassie!!." "What?!" I snap back, glaring. "I need to talk to you about yesterday." Luce says. "What about yesterday." I blow off, Hoping he'd drop the interrogation there were too many ears. He's silent for a moment, then he leans across cupping his hand next to my ear. "After school, I want to take you somewhere to explain about yesterday, If you do I promise I'll leave you along in class from now on." I hear everything Luce says, but only focus on his promise to leave me alone. "Fine, I'll go with you after school, but only so you leave me alone." I feel like I've made a deal with the devil, he's spark at my agreement and I don't feel like I could take but my answer now. "Now go back to your desk, before one of these girls kill me with there glare." I hiss. "Only girl I want is you Cassie, you've only made the chase, all the more interesting by adding a player to the game this morning." He says politely enough but I can hear a venomous undertone to his words. "I'm sorry I don't feel the same way Luce, I've know you a day." I say offhanded with a shrug. His head snaps to look at me, his green eyes darkening as he says. "Oh darling we've know each other much, much longer but I've just got to remind you." he has my attention, I must of looked confused, because he then tries to change the subject. "Thought you said you didn't have a boyfriend, but I saw you kissing someone this morning, you don't take me as the type to sleep around." He remarked eyebrow raised. "That's non of your business, you perv, we'll talk after school, not here not now." I reply. The bell rings, saving me from further conversation as Mr york walks in at that exact moment. "Good Morning all! I have you worksheets from yesterday, I have to say there has been some large improvements over the holidays for some students according to last years reports." Mrs York looks cheerfully around the room. "5 students got every question correct! They'll be joining me if they choose for a free lunch at macca's today." The class grumbles its disappointment before she continues. "Now now, every monday from now one, any student that gets all the answers correct on there worksheet will get this as a reward." Everyone visibly perks up again. "So this weeks 5 are; Zac Green, Freya Brown, Cassie Morning-" I blink, did I just hear my own name? "Doris Hutch and Lucius Fallen." I slump, f**k it, he just ruined my appetite. I reluctantly give him a sideways look, to gauge his reaction, he looks smug but not surprised. Lunch came around too quickly, Serena had grumbled her annoyance that I got to go have maccas whilst she was stuck with canteen food, I'd giggled and told her I'd see her next class. I'd also bumped into Jasper, he'd be very intrigue with Mrs York bribery, I'd informed him not to wait for me after school, as I had some things to do. He'd seemed disappointed but nodding, telling me to skip buying the uniform another day, I playfully punch him before heading to meet the others at the office. Miss York smiled as she lead us out to the parking lot, it was then that we realised she only had room for 4 of us. "I can stay behind." I volunteered, "I need to visit the uniform shop anyway." Mrs York seemed disappointed that she couldn't take all of us and was about to agree when Luce spoke up. "I can take Cassie with me, I get carsick in the back anyway and we can meet you there, that way no one misses out." Luce winks at me, I'm about to insint when Mrs York cuts me off. "That'd be fantastic Luce, being the new student maybe you two can get to know each other better, and you might find you have things in common who knows?" She grins, turning back to the other three students to hope in the car, my shoulders slump as I follow Luce through the carpark. I pass Jasper's sedan, its black paint and chrome glinting in the sunlight. We've passed all the car, coming to the motorbike, my eyes widen, as Luce stops at a burgundy harley davidson, its chrome scratchless and it has a black feathered wing painted on the side of the fuel tank. "Is this a heritage softail?" I ask, I'd always wanted one, it was even painted my chosen colour. Luce eyes me, before answering, like he's surprised. "Yeah it is, 1987 Heritage softail classic." He replies. "Awesome.." Is all I can say as I eye it. He opens his saddle bags pulling out a wore black leather jacket, he passes it to me, I put it on zipping it halfway. He then pulls a leather vest out of the same saddle bag, and puts it on, the same black wings are embroidered on the back of his vest that are painted on his fuel tank, it looks as well worn as the jacket.  Luce swings a leg over, turning the key, the harley rumbles to life, the noise is near deafening with the short exhausts. Luce pulls a helmet off the harley's handlebars, putting it on, he then leans across nicking the helmet off the bike next to us, passing it to me, I sigh but take it, and get on behind him. He pulls the bike out of the car park and onto the street, heading in the direction of mcdonalds.
