Pool Fun

Alice POV:

Waking up sitting up I stretch before sliding off the bed leaving Mr. Bunny in the center where I liked him at.

I was hyped for this, I had thought about an idea last night before drifting off to sleep - that boy Alex - maybe he can help me show people out there around town that angels and not dangerous - that sure we hold a lot of power and all - but we are just like them.

Of course that is if he was down and if he thought it would be helpful - I mean he has every right to deny possible doing something that could backfire on him.

But hey you never know he could say yes - I mean it's true - none of us are bad or evil...ok there are some - Raphael - and a couple others, but that's the same anywhere else I believe.

I got dressed hopeful that today would be much better then the last two days - you got to always look on the bright side or your going to get lost in the dark rabbit hole.

Once my hair was brushed back into a high ponytail I headed downstairs to get my coffee hoping this time I'd be able to get my coffee before getting interrupted.

Seeing I was the only one in the kitchen I moved my way over to the counter seeing a note on the counter top.

Reaching for the note I read it,

"Alice,

Sorry I won't be home until tonight - but first off, I'm so sorry - I was wrong, I will let you go outback in the yard, but as far as town goes I'd rather have myself or my siblings with you just in case. Again I'm sorry, I should have put more faith in your strength.

Anyways I'll get dinner and like to talk more when I get home.

I had to reread the message a couple times letting it sink in, "He apologized?" I started to smile slightly, "But what changed his mind?"

As I thought about it I went to making my coffee and enjoying the fresh cup relaxing agents the counter, "Today seems a little better then I thought it could be", then I thought about it some more.

Walking over to the back door I opened it and walked outside finally getting my chance to see what was out there.

I was blown away at everything, first off I'll get it out of the way there was a large pool with a hot tub connected to the shallow side.

Royal blue lawn chairs here and there with some side golden tables in-between a couple of the chairs, and beach balls floating in the pool.

Now back to the rest of the backyard - I was currently standing on a larger deck with a glass table with chairs around it, a swinging bench with flower pots here and there, a BBQ grill.

Down the steps away from the pool there was a fire pit with some chairs around them and next to the stairs was a koi pond that was quite large with several fish swimming within peacefully.

I walked over to the pond and sat down putting my hand in the water lightly as a couple of the fish came up licking my fingers.

Relaxing next to the pond for a little while I got to my feet whipping my jeans of the grass walking around the pool taking in more of the yard.

There was a large stock of firewood next to the stairs on the opposite side of the stairs away from the pond as well as some stacked lawn chairs that I was guess where extra.

On the side of the house there was what looked like a storage shed which I guessed held the filter for the pool and possibly a lawnmower - but I don't believe I could ever see my father mowing the grass.

Walking around the pool more I could see that it truly was not long well kept but it went deeper then any pool I've even heard of going to almost twenty feet or so.

Feeling sacrificed with what I saw in the yard I started to walk back inside to get something to eat.

Looking inside the refrigerator for something quick and light to eat I grabbing a water bottle and a turkey sandwich which was wrapped, heading upstairs back into my room to eat.

Before I sat down on my bed which I should point out the last couple times whenever I came back into my room the bed would be made....it was wired - I really don't think the house was making my bed for me - and I can for sure tell you that Mr. Bunny was not making my bed for me!

Anyways I had opened the window where the bench sat so rather then throwing rocks at the window Alex could just yell up to get my attention or something - I mean it was only like ten am so it was probably going to be sometime before he showed but, but it never hurts to be ready and all.

I had also grabbed my laptop pulling up the tubenet to watch some videos on while also working on editing some of the gaming content that I had recorded the other night making it into a fun video before uploading it - luckily I have an amazing thumbnail artist or my videos would not get the views that they tend to.

Leaning back in the bed I did message my ground of friends to see if they would be down for some gaming later before closing my laptop placing it on the bed and walking over to the window sitting down looking out, it was now almost time - and I can't tell you why, since you know I don't fully know why - but I had butterflies in the pit of my stomach at that moment.
