The ship has been quiet for a while now. I have no idea how much time has passed, just two or three hours or maybe it’s been eight or nine hours. We have no way to track time here and being so closed off makes it even harder.
We can still hear some footsteps in other parts of the ship from time to time, but it’s gotten really quiet by now. At first, when the ship stopped moving, there were loads of sounds as people were moving things off the ship and also back on, but it got quieter and quieter, until there were only footsteps every once in a while... Did people leave us here on the ship on our own?
I’d hoped that once the ship got to a harbour, that we’d be taken off the ship, so we’d be able to escape or something. But maybe they’re just going to leave us on the ship.
