15 Spence We’ve parked the van between a couple of buildings in the industrial area of the city and we’re waiting for Brian to meet us. We called him as soon as we got close to the city, and he told us that he’d meet us here. He promised that he’d try to get here as soon as possible, but that he had to make sure that he wasn’t being followed. Which is very important, of course, but I just want to get out of the car, move around, not stay locked up inside. Cyra is moving nervously in her seat, her eyes shooting from side to side. There are people in the area, since it’s Monday and no matter how crazy our lives are, other people still have to work, like normal. Nobody seems to pay attention to a plain van parked on the street between some buildings, but that doesn’t take away our anxiety.
