As I walked into my room, I thought about another night in the books. Another night closer to my birthday, and this bullshit punishment will be over. I refuse to eat breakfast with Lance and Lucy because I know Jasper is there, and I hate breathing his air.
I entered the bathroom and took out the supplies Warrior Misty got from the store for me. I can’t even go to the store for supplies or any snacks that I want in my room.
I haven’t spoken to Jasper since the incident that night. I talk with Lucy every day in the library. We talk about school and her duties, and sometimes, when I finish my school lessons early, she takes me to her office, so I can help her with her workload. It beats having to go back to my room and sit until it’s time to get dinner ready for the pack.
