The moment I heard why Elisa ran from the palace, I was furious. How could her father want to hide things from her? I do not even know why she ran, or what they wanted to hide from her. Right now, she was hurting, and needed her mate. I needed to find her.
Elijah really was a king in the making, barking orders at us and his parents like it was no new thing. I couldn’t be mad at him. Elisa was his sister, and I knew if she was hurting, he was hurting. He was a great brother to her; I can honestly see the appeal of having multiple children. Queen Violet’s plea felt heavily aimed at me. I would make sure that her parents speak with her. They are the closest thing I have to parents now too, so I will do anything to help them.
