Violet’s POV-
Arriving at my office, my stomach was churning like a storm. I knew Robert would not be happy about everything I learned from Selene. I pushed the door too. I didn’t close it completely, mostly because I wasn’t thinking about the door. I flopped down on the sofa, before turning to look at Robert. I guess he noticed my worried and stressed expression, because he knelt down in front of me and placed his arms on either side of my hips.
“What happened? Did you find Selene,” he questioned.
“I did, but what she said. It still has me angry and stressed,” I replied.
