Alex’s POV
Sam was released from the hospital two weeks ago and she still barely talks to me. I didn’t even know she was released early that day. I left to go check on her and when I got there, her room was empty and Oliver was nowhere to be found. After a mind link to him, he told me that Anne showed up and brought her clothes and away they went. Apparently, she ordered him not to tell me. I don’t think she even knew she could do that. I was pissed, to say the least, that he didn’t tell me and that’s why he has been on night guard duty.
I know that she isn’t doing well still. She barely eats and has lost weight and has dark circles under her eyes. I’ve tried to get her to see someone for help, but she refuses. I don’t want to push her but her path to self destruction is getting too much
